The Truth About Life

The truth about life, of this, I am sure

To take in a feeling that's simple and pure

The feelings of love are foolish and fake

Love doesn't exist, there is only hate

I used to love a girl, she once was so sweet

She loved me, then left me, then called me a freak

I did all I could to win her heart back

But she never loved me, and that's a fact

But still they are here, my feelings from before

Through the false alegations and the label of whore

She's still on my mind, she will always be

What i wouldn't give, to look up and see

The girl who damned me, and hurt me, and worse

Taught me the cruel ways of the Universe
