Mia's POV

After the big incident in the arena, I was being kept by the school clinic. I had so many stabs and it hurt so badly. Even though she didn't use her special skill I still lost the battle. Elites do keep their titles.

I sat up and every part of my arms and legs hurt. But I could still bare it.

"Are you ok?" the nurse beside me asked.

     "Yeah." I lied.

"The principal told me that you will be sent to the arena this afternoon."

     "Why?"

     "I don't know why."

A few minutes later, a familiar face came in the room.

"So. You broke a rule in this school. Do you want to know what the punishment is?" she said.

"What do I care about it, Chelsea?"

"Well, good luck this afternoon." she grinned, then left.

"That bitch really irritates me. I wish she would just die today!"

Chelsea's (short)POV

I leaned at the door outside her room and I heard her say, "That bitch really irritates me. I wish she would just die today!"

Maybe she is true. I might die... today.

I will soon meet you mom. Little sister.

I love you both. I whispered.

I cried and left the area.

Mia's POV

It was already three in the afternoon, and I was sent to the arena while sitting on a wheel chair. In there, I saw the elites and Chelsea and the principal.

Chelsea wasn't looking at me. She was trying to not make eye contact with me.

"Good afternoon, Ms Mia." the principal greeted.

     I ignored her.

I looked straight at Chelsea and she just threw a needle at me. This time, I managed to dodge it but I fell from my wheel chair.

"What the hell Chel-" before I could say her name, the principal pointed a gigantic knife at me.

"You should respect your elites." she scolded.

       I ignored her again.

"Carry on," she said. But even louder this time. "Let the battles begin."

     "What?!"

I looked at the elites and saw them grin . They knew about this.

I formed my hand into a fist and opened it back again.

"So who will be our first contestants?" the principal said.

"I will be." I immediately replied.

"Well then, let's start." the principal said.
