Three months later:

Kade POV:

"Kade, what are you doing?" Sarah asked as I blind folded her. "I have a surprise for you." I replied and took her hand.

We had just found out that we were having a little girl. I'd spent the last few days with the guys getting the nursery ready.

I stopped her in the doorway and took the blind fold off.

"Oh my, God." Sarah gasped.

She looked around the room in awe.

The walls were painted pink with the name 'Diana' in red letters above the dark, oak wood crib.

"What do you think?" I asked her. "I love it." She said as she hugged me.

"There's also one other thing." I said, nervously. "What is it?" Sarah asked.

When she turned to me, I pulled out a small box containing the diamond ring I had gotten a few days earlier.

"Kade?" She asked as her hand flew to her mouth.

"Sarah, I've been in love with you since we were teenagers. You've made me happier than I could ever describe. You're giving me a child and I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything you've done for me. Sarah Elizabeth Reyes, will you marry me?"

By the time I was finished, tears were flooding her cheeks.

"Yes, of course I will." She replied.

I put the ring on her finger, picked her up and kissed her, hard.

"I love you, so much." I told her. "I love you, too." She replied.

Sarah POV:

I couldn't believe that Kade asked me to marry him. I never expected this.

Kade was undoubtedly the love of my life and I couldn't wait to start my family with him.

My little girl was growing more and more every day and I was more than ready to meet her.

In a way, Kade saved my life. He pulled me out of my darkness of self loathing and despair. He was my savior, the father of my child and my soon to be husband. The man couldn't be more perfect.
