Sollux x Reader: Mistletoe

((A/N: Alrighty! This is my first time writing a homestuck X reader one shot. If you would like to request a certain character, that is fine, if you request a lemon, I'll try my best to make it happen! :33< *Admin rolls over* lets get this purrty started!)) THIS FIRST ONE IS A SOLLUX X READER ONE SHOT, I CAN'T TYPE IN THE QUIRKS CORRECTLY, SO IM SORRY)) //Y/N= your name// //H/C= Hair color// //E/C = Eyecolor// Sollux x Reader: Mistletoe You were walking down the cold streets of Alternia, the scent of pine and peppermint drifting throughout the town. It was snowing, hard, and there was already about one or two feet of snow covering the edge of sidewalks and yards that you passed. Why are you trudging through this cold, frosted, evening? Well, you had decided it was time to tell your current moirail, Sollux Captor, about your red feelings for him. You thought it over in your head, about what you were going to say. Once.. Twice.. Even three times is the charm.You were nervous, perhaps even.. scared. You shivered as another cold wind blew against your (SkinTone) cheeks, making them turn a slight rosy color. After a few minutes of walking through the cold, bittersweet, weather, you arrived at his hive. You heard loud Christmas music being played.You forgot that he had scheduled a Christmas party, that Feferi wanted him to have, but luckily, you had the gift with you of what you wanted to give him when you told him about your 'little' flush crush. It was a bumblebee plushie, big enough to barely wrap your arms around it. You kept it tucked away in a large gift bag, to keep it safe from the harsh conditions outdoors. Taking a deep, cold, breath, you walked up to the front step, and reached out to knock the door. But, before you could, a cat loving troll swung the door open, and hugged you. It was nepeta, who also happened to know about your flush for the bicolored eyed troll, and shipped it just as much as you did. "(Y/N)!!" Nepeta exclaimed. "Where've mew been?!" You laughed slightly. "I was walking here, I had forgotten about the party, I'm sorry Nepeta" You apologized for the lack of presence. Nepeta noticed the gift bag you had in your hand, and asked you who it was for, and you told her ''Someone special".

You walked inside with Nepeta, being greeted by several other trolls, and some humans. Dave was the first to wave, John to say hi, and then you heard a 'HoNk' from Gamzee. "Hey guys! Where's Sollux?" You greeted them, along with questioned them. Karkat spoke up, "He's been in his respitblock since the party even started." He sighed. "Thanks Karkat." And with that, you hurried to his room, with the present in hand. You didn't mind the stares you were getting from the group, some confused, others, excited.

You arrived at the door of his room, which was always closed. You knocked on it, gently, but loud enough to be heard. You could hear fast typing suddenly stop, and the moving of a chair, and footsteps coming to the door. "Who is it?! I thought I told everyone NOT to bother m-"He was cut off, when he opened the door and saw it was you. you're (H/L), (H/C) hair stillg listening with frost from the outdoors, and your (E/C) eyes, shimmering slgihtly. "Oh! Hey, (Y/N)" He greeted you, with a faint smile. "H-hi Sol.." You blushed slightly, noticing the smile. "Uhm, Sol?" You looked at him. "Yeah?" "I got you this.." You handed him the big bag, which had the bumble bee pillow in it. "(Y/N), you didn't have to get me a gift.." He smiled at you. "Well, I saw it in the store, and it immediately reminded me of you.. so, heheh.."You smiled in return as he reached in, touching something soft and fuzzy, pulling it out from the bag. "Oh my gog! It's awesome, (Y/N)" He looked at the bumblebee, holding it in both hands, studying every little detail, from the stinger to the feelers. You smiled more, seeing how cute he looked when in awe, or findind something new. Well, new to him of course."I love it, (Y/N)" He looked at you again, and put the bumble bee next to his recoopracoon, and walked back to you, and beckonded for you to follow him out. You followed him, He threw an arm over your shoulders, causing your face to flush a red color. He noticed this and stopped, near a doorway. "Hey, you alright? You're kind of red.." He felt your forehead, "You're burning up! Are you sick or something?" You shook your head no. You told him something else was the cause of the heat coming from your face. "Well, what is it?" He questioned you. You knew he wouldn't let you go anywhere unless you answered his question. You gathered up all your courage, and spoke quickly. "The reason I'm blushing is because you're cute and I'm flushed for you!" You his your face in your hands, being ready for possible rejection. You heard him chuckle. "(Y/N)" He tapped your shoulder. "Yeah..?" You looked up at him. "Flushed for you too." He confessed his own feelings. You heard a group go 'oooooh!!' You looked over at the group, and saw Vriska pointing above the two of you. "Look up, you doffuses." You were the first to do so, and saw a small mistletoe above you and Sollux. You blushed a deep red, whilst he blushed a bright yellow. You looked at him, still red, and smiled softly. "What's there to lose?" You spoke up. He smiled and llooked back at you, before moving some hair from your face, and planting a gentle kiss to your lips. You kissed back, sweetly, wrapping your arms around him.

You both pulled from the kiss when air was a need. He pulled you into a tight hug and whispered in your ear.

" Merry Christmas, (Y/N)".
