Santana Lopez and the new girl

Part 1-my first day

It was my first day at mckinley. I was nervous, but i wouldn't show it. I stared at myself in the mirror, my hair was curly this morning, so i decided to put it in a pony tail. I was wearing tight, black jeans and a black nirvana t-shirt, with the nirvana smiley face standing out in bright yellow on my chest. My eyeliner was perfectly even on both sides, the flicks not too big and not too small. My dark eyeshadow went perfectly with my deep pink lipstick and i was ready to go.

I heard the knock on the door and knew it was time to go. I grabbed my purple backpack and sprinted down the hall, threw my lunch into it and went to answer the door. When i opened it, i saw my best friend Tina was stood in my doorway, wearing a grey beanie, and false blue contacts in her small asian eyes that matched the blue and purple streaks in her jet black hair. "Hey Annie." She said. "ready to go?" She asked with a smirk.
"I think so, I'm super nervous though." Good one K-B! So much for not showing it.
"Don't sweat it, everyone gets nervous on their first day. Now come on get in the car, its time to go!" She said with a smile, before turning around and walking to her black, beat-up old mini.
Tina was in the year above me, which meant i didn't have her in any of my lessons unless i joined glee club. I guess i had a lot of making friends to do... I was super shy, and could sing in front of no one except Tina. And that was just us messing around.

Tina helped me make my way through the halls and gave me tips on who to talk to and who not to make eye contact with in the halls. I knew some of the people in the hallway from the competitions and concerts Tina was in for glee club. For instance, i recognised the huge, moheakaned jock raging through the halls as Noah Puckerman, he was one of the cool kids. I also recognised Tina's boyfriend mike, who wore the familiar red and white leatherman jacket over his slight, asian frame. He gave me a smile as he walked through the halls, making me feel a little better.

By the end of the day, i had made a bunch of friends. Some of them tina had introduced me to, and some of them i'd made friends with on my own.

The end of the first week had come and i was packing up my school stuff into my backpack when they walked by. The hottest girls in school, the three head cheerleaders. I recognised them from Tina, they were all in the glee club. Brittany, the sweet, naive blonde who had her head in the clouds, along side with the fairies and the unicorns. Quinn, the top bitch, she was short, also blonde and extremely cunning. She had cheated on the quarter back with his best friend and got pregnant, then gave the baby away to the quarter back's current girlfriend's (who he was always really in love with) biological mother... But that doesn't matter now, shit like that happens all the time here. Then there was Santana.... There was something about her, sure she was absolutely gorgeous! With her chiseled cheekbones, her deep brown eyes, and her dark, latino skin, she could have been mistaken for a goddess... But there was something else hiding behind those beautiful dark eyes. There was something about the way she looked at guys compared to the way she looked at girls. But what does it have to do with me anyway? Nothing, thats what!
Anyway they all walked by in complete unison, only looking straight ahead, not looking at anyone as they marched through the halls like they owned the place, in their sexy red and white cheerleading outfit.
