I saw the bottom as I fell further underground. It was beautiful! It appeared to be glowing, a color changing, iced-over, lake. I braced myself. I had no idea how thick the ice was, but just as I hit the ice's surface, it shattered. I sliced open my left arm and instantly sunk below the ice. I barely had enough air to make it to the surface. I exploded out of the water and gasped for air. Right then, was when I saw it, an underground, beautiful, glistening ice-cave.
I looked to the pitch-black darkness that seemed to loom over me from the other side of the cave. Then, I thought that I saw something move. And, almost as if I had predicted the future, someone grabbed my arm with ice-cold fingers and dragged me into the darkness.
