CHAPTER 2

JISOO POV

Korean sky lies beneath me, under all those white cloud there's a city that I left 2 years ago and now I'm coming back home.

Home

I don't know if it's a really 'home' for me now or it's just the place where I live in. one thing that I used to call home for years ended up become the reason I choose to leave it all and living abroad just to clear my head.

The voice from the plane speaker that telling all the passengers that we'll be landing soon and to put the seatbelt on wake me from deep thoughts. I fasten my seatbelt and sit straight.

Okay..here we go..

After all the smooth landing and everything in between, I drag my suitcase and walk out from the airport looking for a cab and thankfully it doesn't take much time till I find one. I give the driver my address I can't wait to go to my apartment have a rest after a long flight.

Just 30 minutes later my cab stop in front of my apartment building. I get out of the cab and take out all my luggage from the trunk and head straight to my unit.

I open the door to my room and all of the sudden all the familiar feelings come creeping through my skin. My eyes roaming around scanning everything. Nothing is changes. Every corner every inch of this place still feel like the same. Thank god to the house cleaner that I hired to clean up this place regulary while I was away.

I put my keys on the side table near the door and drag my body to lay down on the couch. Just when my eyes about my phone buzz on. I reach my back pocket and take out my phone and answering whoever that caling me.

"ha-"

"EONNYYYYYY!!! HEY WHATSUP WHATSUP WHATSUP!!"

I rub my temple. This loud only can come from one person.

"still the same limario, aren't you?" I close my eyes.

"kekekekek.. I know you miss me eonny, and you know I miss you too though I kinda mad at you for not letting to pick you up from the airport but I cannot mad at you for too long cause you know how much I love you and-"

"tell me what you want or I'll hang up now, lisa" I'm cutting her rambling cause I know it'll go on forever if I don't.

"jeez eonny why you so mean to me" I can tell lisa is pouting right now.

Aahh this kid..will she ever grow up

"I'm sorry lalisa..okay now tell me what you want me to do?"

Soon I can hear lisa is giggling and I cant help but smiling.

"it's okay eonny I forgive you..anyway, how about you come up here? we can have a dinner together after"

"emm.. I don't know lalisa, I'm so tired from the flight and everything" I sigh.

"cmon eonny..I'll buy you lots of chicken for dinner, any kind of chicken that you want. Besides..don't you miss this place?" lisa whispered the last part.

I close my eyes. None of us saying anything. After almost a minute with silence, lisa finally speaks again.

"eonny..just please try to come see this place again. I believe if this place can talk, they'll say they are missing you"

I still can't say anything. Coming to that place again is still hard for me.

"please eonny..you know you can't avoid this place forever"

I know lisa is right, I cant avoid that place forever, and I if I have to be real honest with myself, the reason why I finally decided to come back to korea is because I thought I'm ready to face my fear. To step my feet into that place again. No, I cant run again, I cant..

"okay.." I breathe out "..I'll come up there to see you"

"REALLY??REALLY EONNY?? YOU SERIOUS?? AAAAAWWWW EONNY I'M SO HAPPY " Lisa squealing so loud I had to put away my phone from my ear a little bit.

I smile a little "I'm serious, I'll see you in 30 minutes..and don't forget about my dinner"

"yes yes I wont forget about your chicken..and oh eonny, I think you need to know about this.."

I can feel that Lisa is smirking "what is it limario?"

And with that Lisa telle me some interesting story and she said I'll thank her forever if I come to that place right now.
