One day the boy's cellphone rang and the ID is *General hospital*
Boy: Hello?
Doctor: Yes, I'm from the ER department, do you know Miss.*girl's name* ?
Boy: Yes, of course she's my girlfriend why?
What's wrong with her?
Doctor: I'm very sorry, but your girlfriend is no longer with us.
*He choked back his tears and sobbed into the phone*

Doctor: She died from a brain tumor
According to our medical records, she has that brain tumor since she was 5
Doctor: We we're going to remove the tumor, but her father turned it down at the last minute
So we couldn't save her.
Doctor: Before dying she also told me to tell you that you can read the note that she gave you.
*He thought to himself*
