hello everyone! I just wanted to put a huge disclaimer and warning for this book. This book has themes of self harm, suicide, death and other triggering themes. This is a vent book, of sorts, and its also an angst book. This tackles real struggles of mental health.

If you are sensitive or triggered by those subjects, do not read this book.

I will be leaving a list of hotlines in this chapter, hotlines that have to do with themes in this book. I don't know why, but I feel compelled to. Please, if you need help, reach out. And as much as I'd love to say you can come to me, I'm young, I struggle unhealthily with my own mental health, I am in no position to give real advice. Please reach out to professionals. people love and care about you.

Thats all I wanted to say. Please enjoy the book if you can, I love you all.
