Adria gently chewed her lip as she walked along the sidewalk leading to her home, she'd been walking for at least fifteen minutes and she hadn't received a message from Bakugo yet.

The girl let out a small sigh, she gave him her number so they could discuss what time they would start their training and where they would do it.

Well, that's what she told herself.

Adria had always tried her best to treat him the way she treated everyone else but he made it so difficult. He acted like he enjoyed being angry and violent.

She didn't understand.

She didn't understand how someone could devote their life to such an attitude, she hated being angry at others.

The girl always started to cry when she was frustrated, she'd get herself so worked up that the tears would just start to come out.

Honestly, Adria hated crying. It made her feel weak. Her father was the reason she had attached a stigma to crying.

Every time she showed the slightest sign of tears it would be a lecture.

How can you become a hero if you're a fucking crybaby? Nobody would admire a cry baby.

She gently shuddered as she recalled his words, she didn't understand how someone could be so hateful. She saw some similarities in Katsuki's personality compared to her father's.

That didn't stop her from treating him like a friend, she'd seen him laugh, she'd even heard the boy crack a few jokes with Kirishima before.

That's how she knew he wouldn't end up some deadbeat asshole, there was a regular teenage boy under the shell of an angry asshole. She knew it too.

Ding!

Adria gently flinched as she felt her phone buzz in her pocket, the girl hurriedly pulled out the device before unlocking it to see if Katsuki had finally messaged her.

mama 💕

are you almost home? we need to talk.

Adria raised a brow at the message, had the girl done something to get in trouble? She let out a small sigh of frustration before she began typing.

adria

yep! i'm walking up the driveway now.

She immediately noticed the unfamiliar black car parked in the empty spot where her father's truck used to reside. Her head slightly tilted to the side, the girl was starting to get nervous.

The redhead took in a deep breath before she plastered a sickly sweet smile onto her face, she then pushed the door open to reveal her teary eyed mother sitting in the couch talking to someone who she couldn't see yet.

She took a few more steps, making sure to close the door behind her. As she got closer she saw a tall, dark haired male with his hair tied back.

“Mr. Aizawa?” She questioned, her gaze darted between her teacher and her mother.

“Am I in trouble?” She was started to panic, if she had done something what would the consequences be? What was she being accused of?
