I know I accepted Levi's favor to accompany him for the rest of the day so that I can finally figure out what Sonic is up to. But even though I did, I still want to ask one more question... WHY THE HECK ARE WE HERE?...
No, that's a stupid question. He did mention that I would also have to accompany him to ride some rides with him and eat with him. I then sneaked a glance at him and thought, "But even though he asked me to, it looks like it's his first time riding a rollercoaster." Unknowingly, Levi saw me glance at him and he smiled in my direction. I hurriedly looked away and laughed, "It's a nice view up here, huh?" I nervously laughed, trying to start a conversation with him. I then heard him chuckle, "You know, what I like about you is your face tells everything you're thinking. Earlier, did you wonder if this is my first time riding a rollercoaster?" My eyes widened as I looked at him again, surprised that he guessed it right. Well, this is awkward. I nervously laughed again as I shook my head, "N-no way! I did not! You're so funny, Levi!" I exclaimed as I hit his back, making the other people who are also riding with us, look at me weirdly.
He then laughed, "You don't have to be so embarrassed about it, it's normal for us mobians to think about things like that." I looked at him for a moment before I sighed in defeat, "Well yeah, I did think about that. But you don't have to answer if you're not comfortable with it or if you felt offended by it!" I told him. Just then, the operator then announced, "Everyone, please get ready. The ride is starting. Have fun!" The ride then started, but since it was slow at first to prepare for the big drop, I spent the time looking around to try to find Sonic. But alas, I still can't find him. "I wasn't offended at all. But yeah, it is my first time riding a rollercoaster with a friend." I heard Levi mutter, making me look at him in surprise. "What? Really?!" I exclaimed, my eyes widened.
He nodded with a smile, "Yup! Nobody really wanted to hang out with me during the festivals before, so most of the time... I went alone." I then felt a sudden wave of guilt wash through me, and I felt my dignity drop down to the lowest of the low. "I-I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to--" I explained but he cut me off. "Again, you don't have to say sorry. Relax, I'm not offended." He chuckled. "But even so, it was wrong for me to think like that! I guess I didn't realize how privileged I was for having friends, so I never really thought about your situation." I sighed in frustration as I rested my head on the handles of the seat. "There, there. Didn't I told you to not feel bad about me?" He laughed. "Well, sorry! But it's hard not to scold yourself for thinking about another person like that!" I said as I frowned at him.
"Well, that's why I'm telling you to stop blaming yourself. It wasn't your fault nor it was anyone's fault as to why I didn't have that many friends." He reassured me as he patted my back. "Ugh, there you go again! You keep saying it's okay, but for starters, it was never okay!" I scolded him, narrowing my eyes at him. His eyes widened and before he could say anything, we didn't realize that we were already at the big drop.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

"That was fun! I wanna do it again!" Levi gushed. I shook my head, "Sorry, but my stomach can't handle it again. So you have to ride it with yourself--" I then felt his arm wrap around my shoulder as he pulled me beside him, "Well okay, let's just rest first." He happily said. After wandering around for a bit to find some seats to rest too, we finally settled on a bench near the lake. And no, it's not on school grounds of course. But since our school is near the lake, we were permitted by the government to also make use of the space near the lake to set up the festival. "This is nice," I muttered, looking over at the lake. Since this part of the city isn't illuminated that much, you can actually see stars over here. So the view here is actually pretty wonderful. "Isn't it? I suddenly thought of this place earlier, and thought that you might like it." Levi chuckled before he took a sip of his soda.
