I got somewhat permission from @sillypetals to do this. enjoy this more saddened ending to her book! (This takes place in chapter 56 but Albert has to surrender to the fight. I tried to make a this as short, but explanatory as possible)

Albert limped, despite his efforts- he couldn't stop Selozar. Whenever he got soft and vulnerable, and he was able to talk to him Selozar would snap back after a few moments. It was also getting hard for Albert to defend himself against Selo, when he got a slash at his arm it got 10 times harder to wield Alone's sword, his defense item.
Albert on the floor felt like he could barley get up. His final resort was begging for mercy- the emotional stress was what was weighing him down more then the physical. He knew if he continued- he would have to fight. "P-please" Albert muttered in defeat. "s-spare me..." Selozar backed up. He didn't know if this was a trick or not- in his eyes Albert could very well be lying to him. He could see the defeat in Albert however, so he loosened the grip on his scythe. "Finally you understand" Selozar said smirking. But Selozar, couldn't really understand it himself. "I will let you go" his sentence was slightly shaky, he was originally going to flat out kill Albert- but he couldn't further himself to. Selozar backed up into darkness of the room.

Albert stood up, limping. He walked out- holding in tears. Before he left he picked up the sword however- he didn't know if he would need it or not, but it seemed vital to bring. Albert walked to where his friends left off. He saw the two, and Adam having someone pinned against the wall and Jake getting help.

"Jake, Adam?" Adam let the person he was holding go. "Oh- Albert.. how did it go?" Adam asked, he still held the sword. Jake also looked up, trying to ignore the pain he was in.
"Selozar- wouldn't listen." He said, his voice was hoarse and quiet.
Morgenne and Sorrow, looked up like it was their chance to get back at them. Albert quickly added "I was spared-" they loosened. "Jake, Adam, w-we should really get out of here now." His voice was even more quiet than the last time he spoke. His throat felt like it hurt.

When they got in the car, it was silent. Adam was the best physically, so he was driving. Albert stared out the window, every few minutes you could see him on the verge of tears. Jake wanted to say something- but he knew Now wasn't the time. The silence was irradiating, but Albert was thinking too much to care about it- this was the first time he wanted silence. The long drive, was very silent, and conversation was only short questions exchanged from Adam to Jake.

When they reached home, and Einin and Uleanra
where there, how would they explain?
They reached Alberts house. Alberts face was pale-ish, and he looked distressed and tired. Albert opened the door, to Uleanra who the cats were trying to murder while he read, and Einin on the couch reading something too. She looked up when she saw the door open and Jake, Adam, and Albert come in. "How d-did it go?" Einin was betting it didn't go well- Selozar didn't seem to be here, and most of the squad looked hurt. "I couldn't convince Selozar, I'm such an idiot." Albert said, it was a bit hard to hear because of how hoarse his voice was.

"We should take you, Albert, and Jake to a hospital however-" Adam said. "And Einin, I think Selozar will still be after you and maybe us, we should flee the town after we get treated.." Albert said- he hated having to deal with this. Uleanra was listening from behind his book.
Einin was semi shocked that Albert couldn't convince Selozar . She did call them crazy, but she did believe in them.

Albert trailed into his room, closing the door. Adam and Jake didn't know what to say. Einin looked like she was thinking about that offer. Albert came out of the room, he changed into some different clothes, his walk still had a limp to it.
"I- should drive you guys to the hospital." Adam said, he didn't know how to feel in this situation.

Adam helped Jake walk to the car, and Einin walked beside the limping Albert, but she wasn't walking steadily either. Uleanra said he would stay here at the house.

Albert sat in his hospital bed in silence, choking on sobs. Not because of his arm- but because what happened to him was caused by Selozar. He did also want to move now, for various reasons. First of all he was still in  possible danger, second of all he wanted to try to move on- as much as it hurt him, and to move on you have to get rid of memories of what hurt you. He finally let his tears fall out, covering his face. Suddenly his door opened. It was Adam. He sat at the visiting chairs. "So Albert- you seriously want to move? I mean- me and Jake support it. We would go if you really want to."
