Chapter 7: Why?

~Sky's POV~

"Why are you here!" I yelled. It hurt badly but I didn't care.

"Cause I decided to come back."

"Really!?"

"Yes, Sky I missed you."

"Ya right you missed me. If I was even in you mind, I know I would have gotten at least one call."

"Sky, I wanted to come back."

"After 5 years you decide to come back now!?"

"Yes Sky. Now, who are these people?"

"My friends! If you were here you would have known!"

"Sky," Mitch said coming to my side and hugging me. "You need to calm down. Your gonna get hurt even more."

I turned to Mitch and kissed his cheek. "I'm sorry Mitch but I need to do this." I pushed his arms off me. He stayed by my side and Jerome came to my other side.

"So, I'm guessing you guys are dating."

"What do you think?"

Dax came running and I picked him up and put him on my hip. The opposite side of my cut.

"May I see my boy?" He said reaching for Dax. I turned my body so he couldn't get him.

"No, no you can't have Dax."

"Young lady, you don't have the authority..." I didn't let him finish.

"Yes I do! I was here for him way more than you ever were!"

"Fine. So how are your..." He was going to say powers but Mitch and Jerome were here so he didn't say it.

"Powers? That I'm a Seer?"

"Sky! What are you thinking! You just said it in front of these two!"

"I know I already told them."

"And you never actually told me?"

"That's right, cause I can trust them, unlike you!"

"You can trust me."

"No, no I can't, I never could. Now, get out of my house!"

"No."

"I said get out now!"

"Fine, but don't expect me to come anytime soon." He said walking out.

"I didn't in the first place. I never did." I yelled right as he slammed the door shut.

I felt a huge pain in my side. "Daxy boy, you gotta get down." He hugged me and then dropped down. "Thanks bud." I looked at Mitch. I walked over and hugged him. My eyes started to get watery.

"Sky, please, sit down." I looked into his eyes.

"I'll sit for you." I said and sat on the couch. Mitch sat next to me and Jerome sat on the other side of me. I put my arms around them. "I love you guys." I said squeezing them. It really hurt to squeeze Mitch cause he was on the side with the cut.

"We love you too, now can you let us breath?" Jerome asked. I let go.

"Sure."

"You guys hungry?"

"Yes!" Mitch said. "You feel like you can eat?"

"Ya, I'm actually really hungry."

"What do you want?"

"How 'bout pizza?"

"Yes!" Jerome yelled. I started to laugh but stopped because it hurt. Mitch put his hand on my shoulder. He smiled at me.
