Chapter 7

this whole friggin chapter made me cry and I wrote it...

Blaine was going with the Warblers to Sectionals. Kurt couldn't make it because Rachel had asked to hang out and she wasn't taking no for an answer this time.

Rachel: I'll be there in an hour. Westerville is farther away than I thought

Kurt smiled. But as soon as the door slammed, he searched frantically for his black bag. He'd been deprived of the satisfaction for a full week. It was unbearable.

He didn't even bother to go in the bathroom to do it. Lines upon lines were made to make up for lost time. The dark red streams dripped onto the floor.

He was waiting for the courage to get up when he heard the handle on the door jiggle. Kurt panicked, trying to hide everything and put his sweatshirt back on.

It didn't make any sense. Rachel said she was a whole hour away! He heard that signature sing-song voice and moved faster.

"Hey Kurt, I left my bag. How did I not notice tha-"

His jaw dropped. Kurt didn't even try to hide it anymore. He was too weak anyway.

"Kurt... What the hell is... A-are you... Kurt!" Blaine stuttered as he tried to make sense of the red all over Kurt's arms.

Kurt ducked his head and let out a sob. Blaine sat next to him. He took blade out of Kurt's hand and set it on the table.

"Kurt, I don't understand you."

The taller boy didn't respond. Blaine sat next to him.

"What did they do to you? You don't deserve the pain."

Still no response.

"Kurt, what did they do?"

Kurt finally spoke quietly. "Still... Seb..."

"Seb? As in Sebastian?!"

He was out the door in seconds. Sebastian was seen talking to his friends in the lunchroom, or more likely making skeptical comments.

Blaine ran straight up to him and punched him. The room went silent. Sebastian lunged at Blaine causing them a full fight.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?!" Blaine screamed.

"Me?! What's your deal?!" Sebastian yelled back.

"There's a no bullying policy for a reason!! Kurt's too innocent for that!"

Blaine was on his bed and Kurt was sitting in his chair. They were both quiet, unsure of what to do for recent events. "Kurt, you need to stop hurting yourself. It's not healthy."

Kurt nodded but he refused to look up.

"You know you're perfect right?"

Kurt looked up to see Blaine wrapping a bandage over his hand.

"You missed Sectionals... And you hurt your hand. Because of me. I ruined movie night, I ruined the party..."

"You have nothing to be ashamed of. It's that bastard Sebastian. I knew he was no good the day I saw him."

"But I-"

Kurt was cutting off when Blaine's lips met his. The kiss lasted for about ten seconds before Blaine pulled away and Kurt was brought back to reality.

"I've kind of been wanting to do that for a while...." Blaine whispered.

Kurt blushed beet red as he eyes grew wide.

"C-cool..."

Blaine smiled which caused Kurt to smile too. And then they were both laughing like little kids at Kurt's reaction. It was quite obvious he'd never had a boyfriend or any sort of true love interest.

"But you really are perfect, Kurt..."

"And you really are going to get suspended for beating the shit out of Sebastian..."

"Actually, Sebastian decided not to show for sectionals so everyone was already mad at him. We decided to keep quiet about the whole thing since he has a black eye and I might have a broken hand..."

Kurt got up from the chair he was sitting in.

"Where are you going?"

"Getting you an ice pack."

When Kurt came back, he placed his hand over Blaine's. The only thing keeping them from touching was the cold package. After a minute or two, Blaine moved the ice pack out of the way so their hands collided.

Kurt felt a sudden confidence as he cuddled closer to Blaine on his bed. Now it was Blaine's turn to blush. They stayed there for a long time.

This chapter sucks. I've lost my inspiration. I can't write anymore. Fml 😑😂🤦‍♀️
