What if we all see different colors? Ok, this has probably been said before, but I've never heard it anywhere and discovered it myself, so here it goes. Before you go on about saying that, "Well obviously, Catherine, wouldn't we know if we saw different colors?" Well the thing is reader, what if we didn't know? Let me explain.

For the sake of argument, we will use the color red as an example.

Let's say I'm looking at a apple, and I see that the apple is red. You also see that the apple is red. BUT, here's the kicker, you actually saw that the apple was purple! Yes, purple. We just both call the color of the apple, "Red". So to summarize, I call the color red, red. But you call the color purple, red also. We see different colors, but we call the color we see red, so we would never know.

Color blindness is a sorts of this theory, for instance, people who have difficulty telling blue from purple could maybe be a lighter effect of this theory too, but who knows?

I have figured out a way to test this theory, but have not yet tried it out. My experiment would be, to ask someone to put crayons or pictures of each color from lightest to darkest. Then we will see my friends. But first, you must put them from lightest to darkest yourself, then compare. Do this to as many people as you want, the more results the better.

Put your results In the comments. I know most of us will probably say that you had similar results! but that's why it's called an experiment! Let's see how many countries we can get this in, post your country along with your comment, and if in the U.S.A, your state too, please. Thanks!
