PART 19
EXT. ADONIS' HOUSE - DAY
The five friends are standing outside ADONIS' house.
AGATHE
What are we doing here?
ADONIS
I think we have someone here you'd like to see.
They walk to the door. ADONIS turns to OSWALD. Who is already getting on all fours to somehow fit in the house.
ADONIS
Do you mind if you keep watch, out here?
OSWALD stops and stares for a second.
OSWALD
Yes, of course, I'm so sorry. Didn't mean any harm.
ADONIS
It's okay, just not a big house, not your fault.
OSWALD weakly smiles and nods to ADONIS. He gets off of all fours.
ADONIS opens the door.
INT. ADONIS' HOUSE - DAY
ADONIS' house was not damaged at all by the water. The gods did a great job containing it. In the middle of the room sat an old lady, she was asleep.
AGATHE
Who's that?
The old lady's eyes whip open. They are a young pair of eyes.
ATHENA
Hello, AGATHE.
AGATHE
Um, hello. Do I know you?
ATHENA
I acted very immature.
Pauses.
ATHENA (CONT'D)
As well as prematurely, I might add.
AGATHE's eyes get wide. She knows it is ATHENA.
AGATHE
ATHENA?
The lady nods. She waves a hand and AGATHE's legs begin to turn normal. The blanket that covers her spider legs nearly comes off, she grabs it and covers her decency. ADONIS reaches out instinctively to cover his little SIBLINGS eyes. He sighs in relief.
ATHENA
You no longer have to walk around reminded of disappointment any longer. I am so sorry for what I did.
AGATHE
It's okay, just don't let it happen, again!
ATHENA can sense AGATHE's nervousness.
ATHENA
Please believe, that no harm will come for you as long as you live. You will be forever blessed by the gods.
She pauses. She looks off in the distance through a window.
ATHENA (CONT'D)
However many are left.
AGATHE
What can we do about it?
