Chapter 1 :Mom And Dad

I woke up to see my mom and dad looking down at me and saying "awe look how cute he is " or meow meow meow. My parents are strays which makes me a stray obviously, I was born in an alley way. i was just 7 months old when something horrible happened.

I was playing in an alley way while my parents were resting near by,my back was turned when I heard my mom and dad cry out a hiss, I turned around to see 2 humans holding my parents.My dad said as the human was taking him away "RUN SMOKEY RUN" then they said "WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!" I panicked and ran as fast as I could,I had no clue where I was going all I knew was to just keep running.I stopped in front of a restaurant to catch my breath, fortunately no one saw me,Little did I know that I would never see my parents again.😪

Hi, My name is Smokey and what you just read was my past but, now I have a wealthy loving family and everyone loves me in the world or so I thought.😕 I am going to take on a journey of my life,of all of the good and bad times. So,let's get started.😊😓 

I am so hungry, I saw a restaurant door open so,I quickly ran inside without anyone noticing.I ran to the kitchen and found a piece of meat on the floor I quickly ran out of their.It was a cold and damp day I had nothing else to do so, I decided to wonder the city for awhile. I saw so many fantastic things like the Stature Of Liberty. I was the afternoon,I was looking for food when I saw a lady see saw me too we looked at each other, she pulled out her phone and called someone I didn't think much of it until I saw the van for the Animal Shelter, I saw two men coming towards me and  I started to cry they picked me up and put me in the car. The reason I didn't fight was because I could see my parents again,I was so exited but I let my hopes up to high.😥When I got their I saw so many animals of all different kinds but my parents were not their. i heard two dogs talking and the one dog said "ya,it was sad how those two cats got put down so sad" then the other one said "I feel bad for their kid" They both looked over at me and said "are you the cat of the two cats black and white!? i said "yes that's me, WHERE ARE MY PARENTS" they said "they got put down a Month ago,sorry kiddo" I went to the corner and laid their for awhile until I heard the cage open I looked up and saw a orange cat about my age,we both looked at each other he said "hi,My name is Charles,whats yours!?" I said "smokey" I told him about everything on how I got here he said the same happened to him. right there and then we were best friends.😄Since our cage was at the front we  saw a lot of people. Until a girl came in with her parents and said "where are the cats please" the lady at the front desk said "right over there" they walked back and forth the cat cages until they got to our cage and the mom said "okay, Only 2 cats and no more " she said I know and I would like these 2 please" They took Charles and Me out of the cage and on the front desk the little girl said "We are going to be best friends, My name is Kate" The lady said at the front desk that the orange one is Charles and the Grey one is Smokey she said "I love them already"🥰😄
