A NEW LIFE . .

01. NIGHTMARES FROM THE PAST ..

Veena Sippy wakes up with a start sweating all over with the same nightmare. It had become a nightmare that was difficult to live with every passing day or rather every passing night . The reveal had happened . Nishi had been teen by the police.

Naren puts his hand on Veena's . She looks at him and weeps inconsolably. Naren sits up .

Naren : Phir se ?

Veena : Kaash ye sapna haqueeqat hota .She starts sobbing all over again.

Naren sighs . Veena . . bas bhi karo. Hume humaare karni ka hi toh phal mil raha hai .

The day after the reveal had happened , when Veena was about to close on Sona to seek an apology , Rohit had stepped in between. She had wanted so much to apologise , but Rohit hadn't allowed it . He had stood like a rock between them .

Ever since that day , every single night had turned into a nightmare for Veena .

Every night it was the same dream . .

 Where she apologised to Sona n she forgave her . She doing the Aarti for Rohit and Sonakshi and getting them into the Sippy Mansion , the marriage getting registered in all their presence , Netraji offering a new role , Naren being ok with it and Rohit happily twirling Sonakshi in the air . . . . non of which had happened . . unfortunately .

All of it seemed like a fairytale ending to all the mess that was created, to all the accusations that were hurled at her . . but alas , it was just a figment of her imagination .

Rohit had that day chosen his Sona over everything that he had thought mattered to him the most . He had said that if he chooses to live with his family , he would always live with the guilt that he had put Sona through a life shattering experience and that he did not deserve her.  Sonakshi had tried to intervene but he had sternly not allowed it .

He had said that , being  his family he had forgiven them , but that he would never be able to face Sonakshi if he puts her through the stress of living with   toxic family like theirs again after all that had happened . Hence he wanted to live separately.

Though Veena was not in approval , Naren and  Badi Maa had allowed him to move out with no choice left .  Sonakshi had returned back to the Rastogi house for the night an the next few days. Rohit was sure that he did not want her spending even a single night anymore at the Sippy house. 

He was busy the next few days trying to sort out their new place of stay . She was busy with the new scripts that Netraji had emailed. Rohit had said he would support her in every decision that she took towards her career. 

A new journey was about to begin . . Though they had lived away from each other for more that 4 months ,  this was the most difficult time. Rohit was still under observation  for the next two weeks and was instructed to abstain from too much of physical proximity during this phase .
