Tyler slowly limped away once he stood up. Chuck thoroughly enjoyed the battle. The fact was true that it had been ages, perhaps eras since he had a proper clash of power. Machamp was never defeated before, but that title had already been lost.
Tyler was truly an unnatural kid. That bond of friendship between him and his Polemon, only a few trainers he knew showed that. Tyler was one among the list now.
His Xtransceiver rang. It was his friend, Brock.
" Hello Chuck! How was the battle? "
" Oh my muscles, it was truly an amazing one. I finally got a chance to stretch my arms after so long. "
" I told you didn't I? What challenges did you give him? "
" Oh nothing much. Battling four of my disciples and my old teacher. He defeated them before the time I expected to. "
" No losses? "
" Nah. Two of his Pokemon fainted though. "
" If they hadn't, then he would have been some otherworldly creature. "
" Sure right about that. "
" Have you seen Flannery? I had asked for a date and she still hasn't answered. "
Chuck laughed for the hundredth time today. Brock was never going to get a girl to like him.
Besides that, he hoped for a rematch with Tyler one day. When he would be at his zenith.
