Chapter 14

"Oh well I'll just um......Who are you?" I asked tripping over my words shifting uncomfortably.

"I just told you" he didn't look at me he just stared at his phone.

"Well, what are you doing in my house?" 

"Levy lives here too, not just you"

"Dude, can you just answer me, yeah it's not just my place but it sure as hell isn't yours"

"Dude leave me alone"

"Why are you here?" I scoffed crossing my arms

"HEY Luce I'm home!" Levy yelled walking in this direction. "Oh, I see you guys met" She walked in and handed Gajeel his coffee "I left yours in the kitchen"

"Who is this?" I asked pointing at the man sitting on her floor drinking coffee.

"Gajeel, I'm helping him with an assignment" she sat down next to him. "So uh what brought you to my room?"

"Well Lis wanted to talk to us but I guess you're a little preoccupied" I scoffed walking out the room.

"WAIT LISANNA LIS?" she stood up and ran after me.

"Yeah" I grabbed my coffee.

"OMG What did she want?" 

"To ask us something but I'll tell you later go have fun with Gajeel"I mocked sitting on the couch. 

"Lu cmon don't be like that"

"Don't lie to me about guys, or sneak them around the house. You know I don't care, but my first impression of him is really shitty" I glanced at her.

"I'm sorry, but I didn't lie. I was helping him with an assignment but now we just like to hang out every now and then" she shrugged.

"It's fine but I still don't like him"

"I'll talk to him" she smiled skipping off to her room.

I smiled to myself seeing how happy she is, I turned the tv on and the first ting that appeared was the news. There was a picture of me on the news getting in and out of Natsu's limo with time stamps. They were talking about how I left at a certain time but came back after dark, I didn't watch much more I changed the channel to some stupid show I didn't know the name of. I couldn't handle the way they talk about me on there like I'm some animal at a show, they always talk about me in a way that I can't stand. It's just so much sometimes and it's just starting, I got myself involved in this and I knew the stakes so I can't complain but I just want to be treated like a human again. 

I went to my room and started gathering my dirty clothes so I can wash them. I walked down the hall with dirty clothes pilled in my arms, giggling came from Levy's room and there was a slight thumping coming from inside the room. There's no way they could be having sex, she wouldn't have sex with someone while I was inside the house. There was a loud groan which led me to press my ear against the door "SHHHH .......Lu might........hear us" Levy said through hushed giggles.

"Can you not talk about her" his muffled voice replied.

I couldn't listen to this anymore so I knocked. I pushed open the door after the went silent, "Hey um I was just gonna go get some food." I asked scanning the room. They lay on the bed Levy's head on his chest with her laptop on top of his legs.

"Oh I'll come with" Levy said pushing off of him.

"Can't she go by herself?" Gajeel asked grabbing her hand

"Oh come on you'll be fine for a little without me" she smiled kissing his cheek. She slipped on her shoes and ran out the room before he could pull her back. "So while we're out you can tell me all about what Lisanna wanted to talk about" she grabbed her keys and waited for me.
