**BOOM**

Oh goodness. What have I done? I just wanted him off of me, and now he's bleeding. I heard lots of footsteps. I kept the gun in my grip and grabbed the tiny pocket sized book. I anxiously fidgeted with the window until it opened and I  jumped out. I ran as quick as I possibly could.

After a few seconds I heard screaming and what sounded like loud, scary, angry foot steps. I ran as fast as I could. I can't even ask for help, I'm a criminal now. But if they catch me, they'll do it to me again. Someone, please anyone help me, I'll be forever grateful. I ran until I reached a fence and I climbed up and threw my weak and aching body over it. I landed with a thud and a shooting sensation of pain but I didn't have time to worry about that, I needed my freedom. I had no clue where I was, or where I was going but I had to keep moving.

I ran for my life, I ran for my safety, I ran because I knew my grandmother would've been upset if she found out what happened to me. And she's one person you don't wanna disappoint.

I ran until I saw street lights and I continued, not even stopping to catch my breath although my chest was beginning to hurt. I didn't hear anymore footsteps but I continued to run just to be sure. I heard a tire screech behind me and I continued to run quicker. For some reason I believed that it was "them" then I saw bright lights and heard a car horn and I felt the ground.

Michael's POV

"Oh my goodness! Miss are you OK?!"

She was laying there unconscious on the ground. "Bill I think she's really hurt."

"Michael, the car didn't even touch her."  "Are you sure Bill?'  " Yeah, we should still call someone anyway, she looks pretty young."

"Bill I can't go into the hospital?"

"Alright...... well maybe you should take her home with you and have you're doctor check her out and in the mean time, maybe call around and see if someone's reported a child missing."

"That's a good idea, but I don't know how old she is Bill, she looks maybe 14 or 15", I said as I placed her in beside me.

"I'm not sure, she looks like a child but she seems pretty tall, for some reason I think she's a little older than 15....maybe 17", Bill said as he got in again.

"I'm sure her parents are super worried", Michael said.  "I don't know Michael, she seemed like she was running from something, Bill said.  "She did have a look of terror", I added.

I noticed her dress had risen up a little bit, so I gently pulled it down to be a gentlemen. I then noticed that there was blood on her legs. We pulled up to Neverland ranch through the gates.

This girl was seriously hurt. She must've fell pretty hard. I got it and gently pulled her body into my arms. "I'm gonna have a nurse take a look at her tonight, and I'll have the doctor here in the morning."

"OK sir, don't worry too hard. Goodnight Michael."

"Goodnight Bill."

"Mary! Mary! This girl ran into the street when Bill was driving except Bill didn't hit her, she just fell in the middle of the road and Bill stopped before he could hit her."

"Oh my goodness Michael. Place her here, on the couch."

I gently laid her down and I watched Mary listen to her heart and poke her in places on her body. "She definitely wasn't coming from her home, or a loving one at least. Michael you need to call the doctor and the police."

"Is she OK Mary?"  "I don't think so Michael, I mean she's ok like she's breathing normally but this girl was obviously very tortured for a while, to say the least."

I looked over at her and felt instant sadness. "She's a child, she's pure and beautiful how could someone hurt a child."

"Michael I don't think she's a child, not a little one at least. She seems to  be more of a teenager, young adult possibly."

"Mary she looked like a child to me."

"Well she seems to be a teenager or early adult to me, it's obvious."

"It's not obvious."

Mary chuckled. "Michael she has very noticeable breasts and she looks really young, and she's got hips, I'm sure you've accidentally noticed."

"I didn't notice or even look, I was more worried that she was going to pass away Mary. But yeah maybe she isn't a little child", I said as I turned red from embarrassment.

"In her case that's kind of a good thing, maybe she could better describe to the cops what happened to her and they could piece it together better, since she's older she might understand better what happened to her and she can tell them wherever she was coming from when you found her."

"You're right Mary, and this way I can make sure that she never experiences that again. With children the state will take them away from me, and of course any small kids because of those horrific allegations."

"Michael.....just don't worry about those, it's not good for your mental health. But I'm gonna try to wipe her face off a bit, I think maybe we should leave the rest of her alone, in case she needs to get testing done."

"OK Mary, that's fine, whatever you think is best."

"She's very beautiful Michael, I'm sure she'll be even prettier once she's all better."

"Yeah", was all I managed out as she wiped the girl's face.

Mary looked at the cloth confused as she wiped again and some stuff came off.  "She was wearing makeup. Damn good makeup too.....It's almost waterproof, I need her to tell me what brand. Because this stuffs good." I chuckled to myself.   "You could use this too, sometimes on stage you sweat, this would be great for you."

Mary finally stopped wiping and then we heard a low groan and the lady's hand moved to her stomach.
