Th endless dream

Chapter 1

Violet woke up tears forming in her light hazel eyes and her friend jack is shaking her "violet wake up, you're just having a bad dream" jack exclaims
Violet sees jack and hugs him tight and he pats her back
"Where are we," violet says as she looks around, shadows filling the world as moonlight shines on her light blonde hair
"Don't you remember?" "were in the park" jack answers
"The park, I love the park" violet looks at jack smiling
"Wanna play hide and seek," jack asks smiling
Violet nods and jack helps her up
As she got up she forgot all about her previous dream
They played for a while
There were many different places to hide and it was very fun
Jack and violet always hid close to each other so the game was fairly easy
When violet couldn't find jack she just looked for the glowing of his green eyes
It worked every time and jack just looked for the colour of violets hair which seems to be glowing in the moonlight
The two kids were having so much fun that they lost track of time,
It was violets turn to be the seeker
She counted to 20 then looked in easy spots for jack
But she couldn't find him so instead, she looked for his eyes but still nothing
She headed deeper into the shadows of the park trying to find him
No glimmer of his glowing eyes
She kept going deeper and deeper looking up in the trees
But then she tripped over something and falling onto her hands
She was in shock so she didn't feel any pain
She looked for what she tripped over, it was jack
He was face down so she assumed he was sleeping
She rolled him over and then shook him to wake him
Then she looked at his face and an expression of horror crawled over her face
It was jack but
He had no eyes
Just deep empty sockets
She watched the blood drip down his face to his mouth
It was cut open at the corners
Startled and freaked out she gets up
Whatever happened to jack happen to her
She started running but she fell again
This time pain filled her up and she started crying
"What's wrong," a deep crusty voice asks
She looks up to see who it is
It was a man with a goat skull as a mask dripping of blood
Violet screams as the man lunges at her
He rips out her eyes and shoves them into his mouth
Violet could only scream until she bled out
