"WHAT DO YOU MEAN," Vaggie yelled at the lizard man across from the two of them.
"I mean," he said coolly, "the idea of you two is ignorant and a bad investment," he checks his nails, "also quite pitiful."
Charlie looked defeated causing Vaggie to become even angrier, "Fine! You give us the payment and if we see no rise in tenants then you get back double!"
The male demon raised an eyebrow, "Double?"
"Yes."
"Ok," he pulls out a pen and a pack of papers, "sign."
