Harlen's P.O.V

"Hey Harlen, stop being apprehensive, and accompany me here in the river." Chase -who was shirtless, and had 6 pack abs- invited me to join him in the clear, and very blue -let me add- river. It must be well cared for by the people who lives around here. Well, the temptation boiling inside me is irresistible. Aside from the calm and peaceful looking water, of course it's also the person in front of me. Believe it or not, but it's coincidental that Chase also chose this place for deep thoughts like me. Teeheeheehee, well, I'm very lucky I guess. Why? Well, Chase has been my dreamguy K-12. And yes we've been schoolmates K-12. Lucky me. But he's two years older than me so yeah. My dad knows about this and only him because Mom is a big mouth and if she knew, before you know it, the world will know. Yeah, of course that was only an overstatement. And if she did know she'd be overreacting, and get furious because anyone that I had a crush on that was two years older than me and above, she'd think of him as a pedophile. Well, Chase is nineteen, so unlucky me.

"Hey, you gonna swim or not?" I was snapped back to my senses when I realized I was staring at Chase. My cheeks showed its blood probably because of embarrassment.

"Oh, yeah I'll go." I turned to grin at him my widest, and .... wait, I'm in my two-piece!! Oh no, but I can't get back what I said. Oh shit, was I absentminded when I chose my bathing suit to go to the river? Oh yeah no, it was only a coincidence that Chase also visited this place. Fine!! Fine, ugh!! I pulled my shirt and shorts away. I suddenly caught Chase staring at me. More like at my body. This is the worst day ever!! Well, half worst and half best. I'll be spending quality time with my crush!  Hey don't think things, and be open-minded about my "quality time" with him.

Chase's P.O.V

Hahahaha, oh my you should've looked at the color of her face. Seriously, what a waste of "ketchup". Hehehe. Well, she's blushing and it's the first time I realized that yeah she's cute. And se .... xy?? Yeah sorry for that, I'm not a perv or anything. But she really is in great shape. Ok, ok it's my turn to blush. I didn't realize that I was staring at her b-b [A/N: It's BODY, not BAHOOBIES kay? :)] .... never mind. She dived in a twisted, rolled cannon ball thingie and splashed. Well, I was shocked. I didn't know that she was that flexible. Well, I can't blame her, her b-b .... never mind.

"Heyy umm, can I ask you something? Like advise me or something?"

"Yeah sure. But, advise at what?"

"Well, I  umm...  like this particular person ..."

"Girl or boy?" I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Hahahahaha joking joking!! I know it's a girl so what now? Spill it."

"Well, she's got a lot of admirers and I know it's none of my business and I don't even know but she has this certain guy that she notices. They're like close. So umm, what do you think will her reaction be when I told her?"

He likes a girl?? Ouch, that hit me. And what kind of girl will react as if it was the end of the world when Chase admitted his like for the girl. A lot I think, but hey that's what would barely happen. I looked as if I seemed unfazed by his confession, but in truth, I was fazed.
