For the last 45 minutes Kongpob was scolding Arthit and he had reasons to do so.

In the previous visit, he had clearly mentioned that Arthit has to come next week for another check up with his blood test reports, so he could proceed to do further treatment.
And yet Arthit chose to come after two weeks, with a swollen red eye, the redness was more darker than before and some faint bruise marks on his face. Also he had forgotten to do his blood test, so he has no blood test report to show which was important for his treatment.

It was enough reason for the doctor to be angry and scold his patient.

Whereas Kongpob was busy scolding him and telling what wrong he had done, Arthit was literally busy ogling him.
For everyone else the fuming Kongpob who was almost breathing fire would be scary and intimidating but to Arthit the angry handsome doctor looked sexy and hot.

And that deep angry voice, it was sending shivers to his spine, taking his mind to gutter to think about the things which he shouldn't, at least not at that moment.

Arthit closes his eyes to stop those improper thoughts, the last thing he wants to do is end up jumping on the doctor, which he will gladly do maybe some other time.

"Arthit, what are you thinking?" Kongpob snapped when he saw his patient wasn't listening but was grinning to himself.

"No-nothing." Arthit shook his head and looked down, his cheeks were red due to embarrassment.

Kongpob took a deep breath to calm himself, Arthit wasn't his first patient who had worsened their conditions but seeing Arthit's eyes like that made his blood boil.
After calming down he asked, "how did you end up worsening your condition? You used the eye drops as I prescribed, right?" He then narrowed his eyes as he realized, "you didn't use those right?"

Arthit gulped hearing that. It was true, he didn't use it. How would he use the drops when he was so busy tracking the drug dealers that he didn't have time to eat.

"No." He whispered.

Kongpob pinched the bridge of his nose, controlling his anger.
"Even if you didn't use drugs, there is no way your eyes will be this red. So tell me what happened which caused this condition?" He asked.

"And what about those bruise marks on your face." He pointed Arthit's cheeks and corner of lips.

Arthit gave a nervous smile. "Got into a fight and someone punched me!"

"And how the hell did you get into a fight, when you said you were busy doing your office work." Kongpob frowned, he was now getting frustrated with the answers he was receiving.

Arthit gave another nervous smile. Well he was busy doing his office work which includes the fight.
But he can't tell the truth, so he chooses to stay silent.
Well he can't tell that he and his friends were working a case to arrest some drug dealers, he can't tell they were outnumbered while fighting with them, he can't tell he had more bruises and marks hiding under his clothing and he also can't possibly tell he was almost shot by a bullet but thanks to his fast reflexes he was sitting in front of him not lying in some hospital bed. No one should know about these, it's supposed to stay between him, his friends and his superiors. Surely being an undercover cop he has to follow too many rules.

After getting no response, the doctor asked again.
"When did this happen?"

"A few days ago."

"A few days ago? Then why didn't you come the next day!?"

"I was busy."

"Doing what?"

Writing reports, but Arthit didn't voice out that.
