Kat had agreed to letting Sean work off part of the money he owed by doing some of the less dangerous errands for she and Han. She and Han were currently waiting outside the school the younger of their crew went to.

Han was taking Sean on his first pick up, which she was sorry to miss the fun of, while she took the others with her to pick up parts she had ordered for Mona.

When the bell rang the crew were some of the first out knowing they had work today. She silently pointed to the blacked out SUV waiting behind Han's car. She smiled shaking her head as she heard them fighting over the front seat.

No matter how smart or mature they were still kids. Her brother finally walked out the school doors and froze when he saw them. She grinned knowing her brother had good instincts if he knew to be worried even if Han was reclining against the car eating gummy bears.

"Get in." Was all Han said pushing off the car.

"I'll get you your money." Her brother was rightfully worried. Han and she were still very upset about their masterpiece, though they would never hurt Sean. He didn't need to know that just yet.

"Why you talking like you have a choice, little brother?" She asked before kissing Han and walking back to her car. Adding sway to her walk since she knew Han was watching. She caught his eye and winked as they both got in their cars.

Half an hour later, Han and her brother pulled in. She stood up wiping her hands free of grease as she headed over to see how things went. "How'd he do?" She asked with a smirk seeing how shaken the boy was. He must had done the pickup from Paw.

"Kid did ok." Her husband was a man of few words in most cases. She imagined her brother got those bruises from getting thrown out and Paw paid up when he saw her husband waiting.

Han leaned against the work bench, pulling her into his arms as he explained a few things to her brother. The standard introduction to his new job.

"You're in the pickup and delivery business now. We might call you once a week or once an hour. I don't care if you're sick as a dog or in bed with Beyoncé. If we call, you show."

"Only if you teach me how to drift." Kat let out a laugh at her brothers nerve. "Well at least we know you're related." Han said deadpan in Korean. She nodded in agreement.

"This ain't a negotiation." Han said back in English. "I wasn't negotiating." After a few seconds of stare down Han finally smirked. "You know only one other person has ever talked to me like this." Han walked off to his office with a kiss to her head.

"Was that a yes?" He asked her. "It was. Be lucky you remind him of me, kid." She walked back to her poor car. "Is that a good thing?" He asked worried. "Well, I wouldn't count on it too much, army brat." Her wink taking the sting of her words.

Han had a meeting with with her cousin today. She wasn't invited which she found very rude and decided to tag along.

She laughed seeing where Takashi was working out of. He had what was obviously a high school hangout in the back of one of Uncle's restaurants. She was happy to see it look like T was finally taking things a little more seriously.

His crew however were playing games while getting drunk with girls from their school.

"What's he doing here?" Takashi demanded seeing Sean with them.

"He's paying us back for that crumpled beer can sitting in our garage." Han said simply in answer.

"Hope he's not driving. Gaijin." Takashi pushed his luck. "When is your next race? I'd really like to be there."

"Why not be in it?" Now her brother's bravery bordered on stupidity. "This kid is serious?" Her cousin asked her in Japanese. She simply shrugged, taking a note from Han's book.

"Ready to lose another car, Han?" It took strength for Kat to not flinch at the thought of Sean driving another of their cars. Han better not let it be one of hers.

"I'm ready to take that '86 Corolla off your hands." Han said in his usual calm demeanor. Kat knew that car, her cousin let his henchman drive it, and he was wasting its potential.

"All right. Put up the '72 Skyline." Kat sighed in relief, that was one of Han's personal collection.

"Done." Han said simply.

"What do you think, Morimoto, huh?" Takashi asked the man who drove the car. Being the smart lackey he was he just smiled.

"Get him out of here. We have business to discuss." Kat nodded at Takashi's words. Motioning for Sean to wait by the car.

"Your shipment's late." Takashi started. Kat smiled and gave a small laugh. "Since when are you so worried about the details, cousin?" She asked sarcastically.

"When is the shipment arriving?" Oh, cousin wants to play mob boss.

"Just sit pretty, DK, and let us handle it." Han smoothed over.

"Is everything okay back there?" Sean asked once they were in the car. "We can handle DK." Han said easily. "I thought he's yakuza." Sean said confused.

Kat's hysterical laughing made Han smile. "Only in his dream...maybe not even there." Kat said once she stopped laughing.

"His and Kat's uncle's yakuza. Kat is yakuza." He said after getting her nod to tell him. "What?!" Sean shouted, only to be ignored.

"He's just playing gangster in his little storage room." She explained. "Uncle let him have the school district to make him feel important."

"But we need him." Han jumped in, Kat nodded. "He keeps Uncle Kamata from poking around too much while I'm on leave."

"What do you mean?" Kat noticed confused seemed to be a constant state for her younger brother. "Well, their uncle gets a piece of the action from everyone on his turf."

"We're on his turf." Sean was finally getting somewhere. "Which Kat is on leave from running. A present from her uncle to his favorite." Han said with a smirk thrown at her.

"So, have you raced DK?" She wondered when he would ask that. Han simply shook his head. "Why not? Is he that good?" Kat simply smiled at Han, knowing his reasons. It was one of her favorite things about Han.

Coming from a world of mafia he was a breath of fresh air. "What's the point of a race?" Han asked. "To see if I'm better than the other guy." Sean states boldly.

Han just chuckled. "Just proves you're faster, that's all. If I were to race, it would have to be for something important. Or why else do it at all?"

"Why are you letting me race?" Sean asked after processing her husband's wise words.

"'Cause you're DK's kryptonite. Well, besides Kat, but she's not going against her family."

"Remember something, Sean. A wise man once told me; Never turn your back on family. Even if they do."
