Year 2100
The mighty one had once bestowed upon us
The most precious present of our life
He had given us the gift of time
Time to spend with our loved ones
To cherish the childhood of our daughters and sons
To adore the sunset
To savor the rains
It was the gift of family, the gift of love
About which, somehow, everyone had complains
