My Desires Control Me

chapter two

[Unknown's POV]

I wasn't sure if I should text her or not. Earlier today when she handed me my phone back I didn't bother to look check my contacts for her name. I watched her walk away amazed by how easy it was to talk to her. And she was pretty hot too!

A little after I got to my apartment I decided to grab my phone and text her. What harm could it do? When I saw the new contact put in my phone I learned her name. Cali was her name and what a nice name it was. I pressed the message box on the phone and started typing.

Me:

Hey!

I settled to just send a simple little text- wait, crap! She won't know it was me who texted because I didn't give her my number. The thought then came to my mind to tease her and play around a bit with it.

I sat there on my couch waiting for her to text back but soon I grew impatient. I set my phone down on the coffee table and start studying for exams that were coming up. After getting bored with it for a while I got up and walked into my bedroom grabbing the collar of my shirt and slipping it off to put on a more comfortable one doing the same with my pants. As I walk back out of my room my phone screen lights up. I sit back down picking my phone up and reading my new text message.

Calie:

May I ask who this is?

Haha! This will be too easy.

Me:

Oh, yes this is Mr. Turner, your professor.

I texted back thinking I was the most clever lad in the world. I don't really know much about her but the fact we have the same proffesor so I just went with that. She seems so gullable.

Cali:

Huh. Well it seems like your not because I already have Mr. Turners number and this is not it.

Well, she's not so gullable after all. What should I do now? Heck, I'll just say it was me and I was trying to pull a prank on her.

Me:

No. I'm just playing with you. It's Harry;)

Hopefully she will remember me. It was only like three hours ago. Of course she'll remember my charming self.

Calie:

Who?

I just now remembered I hadn't given her my name. I found myself getting embarrassed even though no one was around me. Why was I this vulnerable texting a girl I just met?

My phone buzzed on the counter top as I was making some toast for Eleanor and I. I have been getting texts from some person who I think is the same boy I met in class today. He said his name was Harry. So, being my organized self I saved his number in my phone his contact name being, Harry.

Harry:

Oh, right. The guy you met in class today. Harry Styles. Pretty lad. Remember?

I found myself chuckling at how he called himself "pretty". But, he was pretty. Very pretty. I walked back over to the couch and gave Eleanor her piece of toast still typing on my phone.

"What are you doing on your phone that is making you so giggly?" she asked looking at me with her eyebrows up in question.

"Nothing. This guy just keeps texting." I reply back. Her still looking at me as I send a text back.

Me:

Right. Ok, your name is Harry. Not too shabby of a name.

I can do pretty good at teasing this guy, I thought. He seems all confident but I bet he has a weakness. And I will found it out.

"Are you planning on inviting him over on Friday for the dinner?" Eleanor asked breaking me out of thought.

"I barely know him." I say blushing. I don't even know why.

"Okay... just asking." she says with a small smirk on her face. I recieved a text from Harry that made me laugh hysterically.

Harry:

What's that supposed to mean. My name is a great name. It comes from Harold meaning leader.

He was a very cheeky but funny guy and I couldn't help but feel like I needed to talk to him more.

sorry for a short and crappy chapter but like i said this is my first story and i am going to right sucky at first.

also it's not in the interesting part yet. there is a big twist coming soon. and harry was introduced!!!!
