Hello everyone. By everyone I mean me and perhaps my on again and off again love of my life -- if we ever end up putting things together again. Its complicated and some days feels damn near impossible. But that's a story for another time. Instead on this fine night I am choosing to write about current events and how I feel about them.

At this current time in our human history we are beset by an enemy that the United States of America -- my home --- has never had to face before. Something that had happened before in the past with other countries in lesser time periods and swept away by the annals of time that stops for no man, women, or industry. What I am talking about ladies and gentlemen of the peanut gallery is a medical pandemic that has been going on for some time now. At the heart of this massive global pamdemic is a virulent that has soread to every country in the world. Yes folks thats right! Even our glorious red white and blue can't stop a bug from getting in.

From what I know about this Covid-19 --- nicknamed the Coronavirus for some reason never explained to me --- it started in a province in China. Apparently Patient Zero ingested a fucking bats head anf grew deathly sick. Now he has spread this disease to other parts of the world. It attacks the respiratory system of its victims which if the host has a weak immune system will expire shortly. However there is a littke bit of good news in all of this. Covid doesn't seem to affect children at all though medical professionals have wsrned they could be carriers for thr virus while never getting sick themselves. Few people in their teen years have died. So far. And that's thr problem is it? There are thousands upon thousands of cases all around thr world. And guess what? Corona don't see fsme, color, border, religion, or personal beliefs. It does what virus' always do: infect, weaken, and where possible, terminate.

President Donald J. Trump when he heard of the outbreak like many Americans didn't see it as a credible threat to our national security. Why should they right? The outbreak was in the far east and couldn't possibly end up in America. Before long it had spread to the States infecting now in the hundreds of thousands. Still the commander in chief says its not that serious and that they have it under control. But the citizens aren't fucking stupid. We are all watching Covid spread further and further while shutting down entire cities. Essential employees only like medical care government and other essential infrastucture has been left in place to keep the American economy from completely burning in the face of a crisis we were not prepared to face in anyway. Many in the States believed with naive hearts that we would be exemot from things like this amd noe that it has continuted to grow into a viable threat to the American and global way of life people are starting to worry. They self isolate, selfishly stack up on anything they think thst they csn get that will see them through the crisis. And even buy guns to try to prepare.

As things continue to get worse in the States the President put forth and mansged to get passed a 2 trillion dollar stimulus package that would be divided among the American civilization as well ae their business world. Not to my surprise though politicians are forever politicians, worried more about their goddamned coveted seat of power than putting forth all the time and energy to their manipulation of the public while the small folks of America die off one by one.

I read an article earlier today like any other article --- highly biased and likely meant to be inflammatory to Americans -- but in the middle of that article I suddenly had a moment of clarity. A moment of an epiphany if you will snd it opened into whst seemed to be a quickly developing tunnel of knowledge that could possibly be from my own biased. However I don't really give a fuck. The summit of world leaders met recently and it was noted the discomfort of the other soverogns ad they realized that President Trump was not attending. The article suggested that the leaders were shaken visibly and that perhaos the USA had taken their first step into global obscurity. Never fear though folks. An alternative has been talked about as if they are the gods come down from Earth. China of whom does have the ability to step into those shoes now. Noted later in the article was a mention of how the 2 Trillion dollsr stimulus psckage was focused primarily on the American homeland primarily. The source was quite upset that they offered nothing to other countries. Again it hit me.

President Trump wasnt at the summit becauese he is home in his country of whom he is trying to save. (Note, I am not a fan of Trump. I do not agree with his policies nor his racial attitudes). I found it to be rather insulting personally that they would judge the united states president for staying in his office and trying to calm the Covid storm somehow. It reminded me of spoiled children of whom were always wsnting sonething snd when they didn't get it throw tantrums. Grow up World! The USA ie not your goddamn babysitter and we are not goinf to hold your hand the entire way! Not when the United States is seeing the largest influx of cases and deaths in the entire world on this day. Also to the article of wanting AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS to go to fund and assist other nations while we ourselves are short on medical staff supplies anf damn well everything else. The very idea of this is mind boggling to me and I find myself assured in my American Exceptionalist belief.

You don't believe the US cares about the rest of the world? Who is the bread basket of the world? Who helped to structure and fund the World Health Organization? Oh thats fucjing right the united states. Also lets nit forget about the fact that in 2014 when Ebola broke out in Africa the United States was the first to offer money supplies equipment and boots on the ground as many as sixty thousand actually. But do you recognize why America did it here and not in China per say? The diffetence in this is very simple: the epidemic of Ebola was focused as Epicenter of the outbreak in 2014 and the united states provided its very useful aid. Why didn't trump do that in China you ask? If you don't knoe the answer already you are a fucking idiot. Its an easily deducted answer.

The United States didn't deploy humanitarian effort to China because they already had somehow managed to effectively curb the level of infection of Covid. However the USA is spending all of its money on focusing in itself for once. Why? Look at the statistics of rate growth in the United states compared to everyone else. We aren't at the top yet but in the next few weeks if the virus continued to spread at its alarming rate it will easily surpass Italy and China, making the USA the epicenter of the Pandemic, the clear reason why 2 trillion dollars is allocated to the relief of the American economy instead of others. I find it a bit disturbing that so many supposedly educated and powerful men and women in the world can not seem to fathom with the one brain cell between them.

Just as we did in Africa or Haiti or dozend of other countries around the world we helped the one who needed it most affected by the crisis: ourselves! The double standard that foreign powers hold the States to is baffling and sickening at the same time. Many of them such as France or the UK have been helped by the States again and again over the yesrs, but the moment that we need help becauee we are being surrounded what do we do? Do we go to China Russia or anyone else to ask for the bailout like Greece and others in past recessions? No instead we did what the rest of this worlds pathetic leaders have been able to for the last century: put in your pants zip them put your shoes on the right feet and get to fucking work as usual. I can name dozens if disasters that have struck the United States (Katrina, Issac, earthquakes, yearly earthquakes, etc.) But who helped us? Mostly the communities affected becausr that id how the American public is. Kind and caring for one another when their down out with nothing to save them. But there was no relief money from chins ir Russia or Iran. And why is that? Oh yeah thats right: we fucking handle our business as always, fizing it alone. We don't go begging other countries to train our militaries because we are simply too incompetent or incapable of the task. We created these armies like the army special forces Delta SEALS and even Force Recon making us the most deadly and elite military in the world.

People of other countries will read this and likely scoff at the idea. Remember this though: without the idea of American Democrat you wouldn't have a god damn thing in this world. Cars, planes, space craft, sattelites, tellecommunications, medecine, astoronomy, math, navigstion, the light bulb, the microchips, and many others were all made possible in one place in the world. And where was that again? That's right: the United States of America! That spirit is alive and well trust me. Don't underestimate or count us out either. Just ask Hitler, Japan, and of course the British Empire for a history lesson in case you've forgotten who and what the peoole here are really capable of doing when push comes to kill.

I guess I will end this journal entry here. I doubt any if you made it this far and if you did just so your moronic rebuttal -- that means response by the way -- can be even longer and even more empty of actual content though you probably think its a perfect paragraph that should win a presidential medal.
