I'm sure many of you have heard  stories  of people healing after a major injury on the spine, even  after the doctor told them that they will never walk again.

Have you ever sat there and question how is that possible?
What if I told you that you are so much more then what you were taught to believe in.
That your body is a chemist and it creates all the chemicals that you need to heal your self.
Don't believe me? Then Google it.

Every thought that you think of releases a chemical with in the body.
You can even try it right now, by just sitting there and visualize your self  cutting a big juicy lemon and squeezing the whole thing into your mouth,  chew it until you squeeze every drop of it.
Did you feel your mouth water? It's a natural response from the thought alone.
Maybe visualize your self grabbing a piece of paper and swiping it across your finger to get a paper cut.. ouch I feel like the thought hurts more then the cut it self.
That's why when we see people get hurt many times we can almost feel their pain.

So each thought releases a chemical, such as happiness, is trigger by dopamine.
Dopamine  is an important brain chemical that influences your mood and feelings of reward and motivation. It helps regulate body movements as well. if we are deficient in dopamine levels, this can cause some imbalance in our life. A lack of dopamine is associated with the following consequences:

Fatigue

Apathy

Lack of focus

Forgetfulness

Moodiness

Difficulty concentrating

Insomnia

Sugar cravings

Lower motivation

How to release dopamine
You can start with guiding your thoughts, try not to focus on negative things, be in the moment, visualize your future, and if you decide to think of the past, try to give momentum to happy memories. Also

at foods rich in Tyrosine. In order to make dopamine, your body needs tyrosine which can be found in almonds, bananas, avocados, eggs, beans, fish, and chicken.

Exercise regularly

Learn to meditate

Get a massage

Sleep

Listen to music ( Anything that keeps you visualizing happy things )

Oxytocin, is triggered by wanting to cuddle, also known as the love chemical. Do you enjoy Activities? well that releases Serontonin. Serotonin is an important chemical and neurotransmitter in the human body. It is believed to help regulate mood and social behavior, appetite and digestion, sleep, memory, and sexual desire and function.
 It's a chemical that has a wide variety of functions in the human body. It is sometimes called the happy chemical, because it contributes to wellbeing and happiness. The scientific name for serotonin  is 5-hydroxytryptamine, or 5-HT.

Anger  Releases Cortisol.
Many Scientist out there have proven that high Cortisol is release from Stress, Fear, Worry and Anger.
Anxiety and depression may also be linked to high cortisol levels.

(Side Note) Meditation helps reduce cortisol levels and releases more Serontonin & Oxytocin  which puts the body back into it's  natural state.

Also working out, smiling, laughing, guiding your thoughts, eating healthy helps release Serontonin and dopamine and more that keeps  well.

So every thought releases a chemical that can heal you or Kill you.
Scientist has done many  human studies that proven  beliefs can heal the body.
I'm sure you heard of the  placebo pill.
A placebo pill is just a sugar pill.
What they do is tell the patient that this pill will help them heal them.
As the patient BELIEVES
(Which is a thought)
and their own belief releases the correct chemicals to help them heal up.

But see we were never taught this so we aren't trying to heal our self, in fact when the doctor says " your never going to walk again" we BELIEVE IT.
We accept their limitation reality
Because we BELIEVE he knows best and lose all hope and motivation to think the proper healing thoughts.
Look up Dr Joe Dispenza.
One day he was riding his bike on the side of the road when a truck ran him over, dragged him for 20 feet.
He broke his spine and the doctors gave him 50/50 chance of being able to walk again  if he got the operation.
He thought long and hard on his decision and refused the operation.
The Doctor  was in disbelief that he told his father that his son was delusional and must have hit his head really bad.

But Joe understood something that most people don't.
That the mind can heal the body. He spent long hours of meditating and visualizing him self walking and being healed.
He would look At photos of  perfect spines so he could get it right.
And when doubt enter his mind he shift his thoughts back to visualizing what he wanted his body to do.
About  9 and a half weeks he was walking and running and by 10th week he gone back to work.
He also wrote a book called " You are the Placebo Pill.
I highly Recommend it.
Today he helps thousands of people heal them self.
It's not magic it's just science.

A friend of mine told me about his buddy who was a football player that had broken his spine, the  doctor had  told him that  he would never walk.
But he choosed not to accept their limit reality and said
"I will walk again in 5 years"
So every day he visualize little people working on his spine
And visualize him self walking, running and hiking.
With in 5 years he was doing everything that he imagined.

I once came across a video of scientist trying to figure out why won't the spine heal it self.
They would use lab rats to try to figure it out.
I seen them clip the spine of a rat and sure enough it couldn't use it's back legs, so they strapped the upper body to something that held it up.
They gave the rat a piece of chocolate donut and then pulled it away from him and the rat kept trying  to reach it. But then  suddenly it started moving it's feet.
Not well but it was a start.
They then discovered that the rat needed motivation to practice using it's mind to move their feet

So if one day a Dr says your going to die, your never going to walk again, there is no cure, just remember your body is so intelligent that it will do what you intend for it to do.
But it takes will power and understanding how to apply it.
Another Scientist that I recommend is Bruce Lipton.
He explains that your genes from your parents don't give you disease, it's your thought process that you picked up from your parents.
It gets passed down from family to family.
Many says " it's in my family genes" no it's in your family thought pattern.
And you may ask why isn't this in mainstream?
Why didn't my school teach me this?.

Well did you know that the medical company, big farma is a 35 Billion Dollar Industry.
Well they can't make  money if there isn't  sick people.
So the next time you get sick, catch a flu or a virus try not to look at the current reality but be calm and focus and visualize being healthy.
If it doesn't work it's only because you have doubts and fears and that's ok, you may need to practice until you learn to take control of your thoughts.
In the mean time if you are In need of emergency don't hesitate going to the hospital.

I use this technique when I have back pain, headaches and feel sick.
