chanyeol crossed his legs as he got out his guitar, gently tuning it in as his small boyfriend watched adoringly with a mug of hot chocolate in his hands. the snow outside fell down faintly, a pleasant change from the scorching summer that was upon them not long ago. baekhyun smiled softly as he titled his head, bringing his legs up as he got more comfortable. this was a common occurrence, chanyeol would sing him a new song on his guitar.
it wasnt long before the guitar was tuned in, chanyeols slender fingers delicately starting to play the soft tune of a song that baekhyun had never heard. he took a short sip of his hot chocolate, eyes sparkling as he focused on the tall male infront of him. chanyeol opened his mouth and started singing, instantly capturing baekhyun into another deep spiral of falling more in love with this boy everytime he looked at him.
"remember me, though i have to say goodbye.."
his strong yet gentle voice filled the room, making it oh so much warmer. of course, baekhyun had never heard this song before, which was what made this more enjoyable. he paid close attention, it seemed like this song was coming from deep within chanyeols heart, emotion lacing the edges of each word sang.
"...remember me, dont let it make you cry..."
the night carried on, baekhyun slowly drifting to sleep while listening to chanyeols sad song, though it went unnoticed by the older that chanyeols eyes were filled with tears, ready to slip down his cheeks.
