Nikolai pulled his coat closer to him. He made his way to his house. The snow had picked up and it was almost a blizzard. His grip tightened on his groceries. The crosswalk changed, and he crossed the street. The city was covered in a frozen blanket. It was still and silent. He was distracted by his thoughts of his sister, Anya, to notice you walking down. He bumped into you, and you fell on your butt onto the cold concrete.
"Ow," you said, rubbing your bottom. You were about to yell at the person, who so rudely knocked you on your butt, when you looked up into a pair of cold eyes. You let out a nervous squeak when he grabbed your arm and pulled you back up.
"Thank you..." you said, nervously. Wow, this guy really scared you.
"I"m Nikolai..." he said, without any emotion. You said nothing, and looked up only to see Nikolai close to your face.
You let out another squeak. "I'm (f-f/n)!" You stuttered out.
Nikolai studied your figure. "Sorry, come with me," he said. He held out a gloved hand, and you hesitantly took it.
Nikolai took you to a cafe. You thought he was being nice for knocking you down. You sipped your coffee, and looked back at Nikolai. He was staring at you with those cold eyes of his. He started tapping the table impatiently.
"Thank you for the coffee, Nikolai." You got up to leave, but Nikolai grabbed your arm.
"C-can I see you again?" He had a blush on his face. He looked up, but his eyes were not as cold as they were before.
You smiled and nodded. You fished out a pen and wrote your number on a napkin, and left. "Bye, Nikolai!" You said cheerfully. Nikolai held the napkin in his hands as if it was the most precious thing in the world.
~Time Skip by Ukraine~
Nikolai walked into his home, where his big brother, Dmitri, greeted him. "Welcome back, little brother!" Dmitri said. Nikolai glared at him, and pushed dropped the groceries in his arms.
"Is Anya home?"
"No, she went out."
"Alright." Nikolai walked upstairs and went into his room.
Next to his room was Anya's. Anya was hiding in her closet, away from her obsessed brother. When she heard his door close, she let out a sigh of relief. She peered out out her door, and ran downstairs. Dmitri was in the kitchen, putting the groceries away. Anya took a seat at the kitchen table and looked table and looked out the window. The snow was blowing hard and was stacking in piles.
"Did Nikolai seem a little.."
"Different?" Dmitri finished for her. Anya nodded. Nikolai had just left the room. He didn't ask anything else about Anya other than if she was home. Anya shivered. What was wrong with him?
~Time Skip brought to you by Ukraine's cooking~
You were at the local library, walking down the shelves. You look up to grab a book, when someone grabs your shoulders. You turn around and face Nikolai. He gently held a strand of your (h/c) hair between his fingers and started playing with it.
"Hi, Nikolai," you said.
"Hi, (f/n)." He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into a tight embrace. or the past few weeks, Nikolai had been getting closer to you and more possessive of you. You wriggled out of his arms, much to his disappointment. "Hey, (f/n), would you like to come over to my house...tonight?"
You looked up, eyes sparkling. "Of course!"
~Time Skip brought to you by Ukraine as The Doctor's companion~
Anya looked up from her book to see her brother walk in. She was about to run away when she stopped. Nikolai brought a girl with him. Anya gasped. Could this be why Nikolai had been ignoring her? Because he had another girl? Dmitri looked up from the stove and froze. Nikolai brought a girl home. Dmitri looked at you with warm eyes, unlike his brother's at some points. Nikolai glared at Dmitri, and he looked away, and went back to cooking. Nikolai took your hand, and led you to his room. He closed the door behind you. Nikolai pushed you onto his bed, and crawled on top of you. He leaned down and kissed you. His tongue entered your mouth and hungrily explored every inch. You moved yours with his in a battle for dominance, which he won quickly. He pulled away from the kiss for air. You were blushing madly under him. He leaned down to your ear and whispered, "Let's become one."
~The next morning~
You slowly woke up, your eyes softly blinking. Nikolai had his arms wrapped around you tightly, preventing you from leaving.
"Good morning, (f/n)."
"Good morning, Nikolai."
He held you closer to his chest and sighed. He buried his nose into the crook of your neck. You looked out the window, snow was gently falling to the ground from the sky.
"(f/n), you are beautiful, and mine. Ever since you came into my life, I've felt someone truly loved me, and you didn't push me away like everyone else." He kissed your neck a few times. "I love you, (f/n).
