Chapter 2

"Dammit," said Alex under his breath. "What?" I asked nervously. "I was just told that I was not only supposed to get you but your other friends too," he said sounding frustrated. We turned around and walked up to the school. I remembered what they had this period so we knew where they were. Once we pulled them out of class, they seemed as confused as I was. "So do ya mind telling is where we are going??" Asked Caroline stubbornly. "You are the missing ones," he said sounding tired of hearing that. "Come again?" Said Hailee. "Look! We don't have time for chit chat, ok!! So you will understand when we get there." He said annoyed. We went the whole car ride in silence. Once we arrived he escorted into a big building. We went through a maze of hallways until we were in a huge office. "Hello," Said a pretty woman sitting behind the desk. "How ya doin,"I said nervously. "Cool office!" Said Hailee sounding amazed. "Ok, ok can someone explain to me NOW why mop head over here brought us here??" She asked pointing at Alex. "We've finally found you. You're the new masters of the arts." Said the lady.

We stared at her confused. "Ok... two questions, who are you and what do you mean?" I asked starting to get worried. "Oh yes! I'm so sorry, I'm Luna Tantum head of the magic industry." She said. "Yeah.. umm okbut uh, magic isn't real," said Hailee worried too. "Oh but my dear, it is. You see what we call mortals are people who can not wield magic like us, there are wizard half bloods, shifters, any kind of magic you can think of we have it." She said excitedly. "Ok, but we don't have 'magic'," said Caroline as a matter-of-factly."Well, you may not have known but you do, all three of you. Not the same though, each one had a treasure ability as we call it. You each have one ability that, if you work together, can save the world!" She said smiling from ear to ear. "Uhh that's totally AWESOME!! Screamed Caroline. "I know right!!!" I said high fiving her. We started to mutter to each other about what kind of ability we think we have. "Uh, excuse us for a moment." Said Hailee interupting our excitement. She draged each of us out in the hall. "What the hell Hailee? Aren't you excited about betting abilities?" I asked excited. "Yeah! Stop being a stick in the mud! What's with the worried look??" Asked Caroline. "Guys!! We were kidnapped and taken to a place saying that we have abilities and we are the missing ones?! Doesn't that sound just a tad bit odd to either one of you??" She asked concerned. Caroline and I looked at each other and said in unison,"NOPE!!" "Do you guys really believe we have abilities?" "YUP!" we said again. Hailee finally gave up trying to get on her side and we walked back into the office. "So umm, Ms. Luna, we were wondering what abilities we have?" Asked Caroline excited. "Come with me and you will find out!" She replied casually slipping through the wall.

"What the..?" Said Hailee. We stared at the wall for a moment before Alex sighed, startling me because I forgot he was there, and walked through the wall after Luna. That was when we saw it!
