        she furrowed her eyebrows, unable to comprehend what she had just heard. he bit his lip softly as his heart beat soared. what the hell did he just do? he should've just kept his damn mouth shut. funny, she didn't even know he was even a he until a few seconds ago.

        "so.. w-wait. i don't-" she swallowed the lump in her throat "-you're a boy?"

a story in which a detective named zayn malik is assigned to a case where a series of homicides are committed at a prestigious boarding school, causing him to go uncover and attend the school as a student. however, his boss, a.k.a. the chief of the department, had failed to inform mr.malik of one very important detail: it was girls only.

and that's how his pseudonym 'veronica' was borned. it was only supposed to be an alias, an identity for one of the biggest cases in his career.

and then she came along.

author's note: i tend to watch or read a lot of crime-related things and i needed a healthy way to release my knowledge of these things; that and i need something to do on the weekends i don't want to become a detective so writing about crimes and murders and shit was the next best thing for me. 

inspiration: i kind of got the idea of off both the movie 'white chicks' and the music video 'best song ever'. so, let's hope it's a good mix.
