End chapter

~5 weeks later~

•[Taylor pov]•
Right now Jaz and I are laying in the hammock together cuddling. my cancer has got a lot worse and the doctor said that I could die any day now.

Ever since I told Jaz about the situation
We have been spending a lot more time together and it is really good. Jaz got up and started to run around and do cartwheels in the backyard and I started laughing.

I lost my breath and I had trouble getting my breath back. I felt my breathing slow down then I blacked out.

•[Jaz pov]•
I was messing around in the yard and Tay was laughing at me. after a while I looked over and saw that he was having trouble breathing. I ran over to him and started panicking.

"BEAU, BEAU CALL THE AMBULANCE" I yelled. he came running into the back yard and once he saw what happened he called an ambulance. Luke also came running out and he started to help me with Tay.

After a while the ambulance came and I had to go in the van with Tay to the hospital. "we will meet you there ok" Beau said as they closed the door to the van.

At the moment Tay was on this life support thing so I could tell that he was still alive. thank god. i had to answer some questions that the nurse asked me. we arrived at the hospital and we got Tay inside a room.

"Ma'm we are going to have to ask you to wait our here in the waiting room for a while" the nurse said. "ok but please tell me if anything goes wrong" I said as I took a seat in the waiting room.

At this point I was freaking out for so many different reasons like, Tay could die and also because I absolutely HATE hospitals and being here alone creeps me out. just at that moment Beau, Luke, Jai, Deana, skip and James came into the waiting room and sat down with me.

After waiting for about 1 hour a nurse came out. "ok you can go and see him now, but he isn't stable yet" the nurse said. "so he isn't awake?" I asked "yes that's correct " she said then walked away.

We all went into Tay's room and I sat down on the chair beside the bed. he was still on life support. I grabbed his hand and started crying into it.

Everyone sat around in silence and just thought about this moment. I had my eyes closed and I was still holding onto Tay 's hand. I heard the beeping of the life support stop and it started to make this ringing noise. I opened my eyes and saw that his breathing had stopped.

"No, no, no, no" I started to say. a few doctors and nurse's came into the room and they started to use those shocking things to bring him back. I was still holding his hand crying. "Jaz we have to go, it's time to let go" Beau said. I kissed Tay one more time and we had to leave the room.

We stood in the corridor and I stated crying into Beau's chest. I sat down on a chair and waited for a nurse to come and tell me that he was going to be ok. that was all I wanted.

I sat there and stared at the door. waiting and waiting but he never walked out of the room. i sat there for about another 1 hour.a lady dressed in a white uniform came out with a frown on her face. I already knew that he was gone.

I got up and walked over to the door and looked inside. there he laid. my amazing boyfriend, lifeless.

Luke walked up behind me and out his hands on my shoulder. "he is in heaven now" Luke said. "If he is in heaven I want to be in heaven as well, all I want is to be with him, why is that so hard??" I screamed.

Without thinking I ran over to Beau and grabbed his car keys. I kept running out the exit of the hospital. "Jaz where are you going?" beau yelled behind me. I ignored him and got in the car.

I turned it on and started driving. "Taylor I love you so much and I know that you told me to stay strong but I can't handle it" I said. I started speeding into I hit a tree. the car hit the tree then rolled down a hill.

That was it. I was going to be with Taylor again. I know that it had only been a few hours but I need to be with him. after that I was out like a light.

Hey guys so this is officially the end of the book and I know that it is a weird way to end it but I really didn't want to drag it on forever so yeah.

And also I actually cried so much while writing this chapter so I hope that you cry too☺️
