Im spreading awareness about the psych ward I've been in it twice, it's not as scary as it sounds when I went there they had PlayStation, a courtyard books and board games.

If they think your a threat to yourself they'll watch you all the time, they still give you medications and When your really angry and hit people or hurt yourself they do restrain you.

At meal times you sit together it's kinda nice.
