Regal [Demon Prince! Bakugou × Elf Princess! Reader × Dragon Knight! Kirishima]

Flame lit love *chap. 1*

The sound of fleeting footfalls, and scurrying castle staff flooded the palace, it appeared that someone's things were being packed away.
That someone happened to be The younger princess of the elven kingdom, Aviron.
(Y/N) (L/n).
As well as her personal knight and companion, Kirishima Eijiro.
(Y/N) And the red headed dragon boy were currently sneaking around in the kitchens, enjoying their last moments of freedom as well as some tasty treats.

Kirishima snaked his arms around the waist of the Princess and set his chin on her shoulder, leaning in to whisper in her ear. "Mmm~ delicious." He purred into her ear, his mouth millimeters away from her ear.
The Princes growing red by the second, turned around and tapped him on his nose lightly, laughing loudly, "It's gross to talk with your mouth full Shark boy~." Kiri then burst into laughter as well, picking her up in his arms and kissing her face enthusiastically, earning a mix between and scream and laughter "How about Kisses with my mouth full?" He said cocking his eyebrow.

A loud "EW" flew from your mouth, muffled by your laughter, your red headed sweetheart opened his mouth,  the light reflecting off of his pointed, but clean teeth. "I'm just messing with you, I wouldn't kiss you with cookie crumbs all in my mouth, that wouldn't be very Manly of me."
You looked at him and felt your heart drop, and without noticing tears started to well in your eyes.
He placed you gently on the counter and stared at you for a second, and then pulled you into one of his familiar warm hugs, supporting your weight against him, making you feel safe, but this feeling only hurled you into a sob. After a few minutes of crying with Kirishima kissing your head and whispering reassuring words to you everytime a sob would exit your body, you sat up and wiped the tears out of your eyes.
You made eye contact with Kiri and you spoke up, in a rough tear filled voice,"I'm so sorry Kirishima, It should be you that I'm marrying, I adore you with every fiber of my being." You started stroking his cheek with your hand, and his own eyes started to prick with tears, he took a deep shaky breath and responded. "(Y/N), I will never stop loving you, You are my star, and I will still be here no matter what, even if we have to sneak kisses around that demon brat." He said this with a light chuckled and put his forehead to yours, closing his eyes momentarily.
You closed your eyes as well until you heard the door swing open, Kirishima instantly stood straight and wore an intimidating stare, ready to fend off any potential threat.
However the door revealed Monsoon, the Head chef, ancient and sweet.
"I thought I might find you two here." At the familiar face Kirishima softened and gave a toothy grin, going over and hugging the Gnome woman.
"Hello sweetheart." Monsoon said and gently gave Kirishima a pat on the head. "Hey Monnie." He replied, going to stand by you.
Monsoon's smile faltered when she looked at You, tears filling her eyes. "Come here babydoll." She said this and You instantly melted into her arms, crying again. " The road you are taking is not an easy one, not on you nor your love." She said this to you, referring to Kirishima as your love.
You simply nodded, "I know Monnie."
The sweet woman stroked your hair for a second, looking at you "You remind me so much of your Momma."  You felt your throat tighten, "Thank you." She smiled gently, "Be brave, and stick together you two." She said this staring at both of us, You both nodded sincerely. "Well, I guess that's it, your carriage is outside and everyone is waiting for you two."
She said this, gave you both a kiss on your head and left the kitchen.

    "Goodbye everyone. It was nice knowing you all." You said this as you entered The carriage, ignoring both your father and your sister, the wretched both at the back of the crowd in the shade if a few trees, hardly paying attention. They stopped paying you mind when you were born, when your mother died.
You felt a warm hand entwine with your own pulling you away from these bad thoughts, you turned to gaze into your companion's Red eyes.
You put your head on his shoulder and felt his head rest against yours and the you fell asleep. The bumps of the carriage lulling you to sleep, dreading the events to come.
