As children we are taught
Of the great force called Gravity;
Of its power and might,
And of our limitations.
The gymnast, however,
Does not listen.
The gymnast is taught
Of freedom and flight,
Of strength and power
That defies this Great Force.
The gymnast does not care for limits,
Does not listen to “can-not’s”.
The gymnast only knows dedication,
Hard work and Dreams.
Nothing is impossible
When one possesses the heart
Of The Gymnast.
