It all started with a Facebook conversation, as it always does...
"Hey"
"Hey do I know you?"
"We do media studies together"
"Oh yeah, your Alysha Wright"
"Well you could of got that from my Facebook profile but yes I am"This was the longest I've ever had a conversation with a boy for. I don't even care that he probably had no idea who I was, we were actually talking.
And this wasn't any normal boy who is interested in media studies. This was Cooper Bridge, the one boy who's blonde hair perfectly swept across the side of his face, and who's smile lit up everyone's day. This was the boy all us girls drooled over in class, picturing that we had a life with him.
Out Facebook conversation continued, talking for 1 hour lead to 2 and 2 lead to 3 and soon enough it was 5, I kind of forget it was THE cooper bridge I was talking to and I felt this urge to ask him a big question.
As the lame 14 year old I was I asked
"So who do you like"
"Well if I told you, you wouldn't believe me"
"Go on, tell me"
"It's you"
"Wow really"
"Yes really, the way you put your head down when you smile as if your ashamed of yourself makes me laugh"
".. :)"I was gobsmaked, he couldn't actually like me could he...
"Umm but you had to ask if you knew me?"
"Of corse I knew you, I was only joking, I wanted to see how you would describe yourself to me"
"Haha oh, well that's a little embarrassing"
"...:)"I couldn't imagine what school would be like tomorrow, will he talk to me? Or will he ignore me? there was only 1 way to find out and that was to wait.
