First, it was limited to these two widely popular dishes but now everyone screams for a Mexican touch in whatever they eat. But Mexican food is not always healthy. The spicy sauce can lead to many health issues if eaten regularly. So, here we have an easy peasy Mexican recipe to add in your evening snacks list.

Mexican street corn cones

Corns are one of the healthiest foods out there. It has proteins, energy and crunchiness that you need for a snacking time. But eating corn soaked with just butter is getting boring now. So, we have corn-based snacks such as nachos and tortillas. But we have been eating both foods for ages and it was about time to jazz up the snacking industry. So, we brought you Cornado corn cones. It is lite in every bite, crunchy and comes in three different flavours for you to savour. And to give a Mexicana touch here's the recipe you have been waiting for.

Ingredients:

Cornado Corn Cones

Sweet corn boiled

2 tablespoon oil

Mayonnaise

Grated cheese

1 teaspoon garlic paste

2 teaspoon milk

Mexican chilli powder

Lime juice

Fresh coriander

Start by frying corn mildly in a pan with oil and after that let it cool down in the side.

Take a glass bowl and put it on top of a pot with hot water in it. Add grated cheese, milk and garlic paste and stir the mixture until its smooth to touch.

Add mayonnaise to fried corns and mix them well.

Take out Cornado Corn Cones in a serving plate and spread it evenly.

Spread prepared corn mix on it. And then pour cheese mixture on top of it.

Cut a fresh lime and squeeze on top it.

Garnish this Mexican healthy snack with some fresh coriander.
