Appearance: Haruto is a fairly tall teenage boy, having an excellent physique, being exceptionally fit and well toned. He has straight black hair and blue eyes. He generally isn't seen smiling or showing emotion, almost always shown to have more of a stoic expression on his face.

QUIRKS: Water Bending
The user can make shapes out of water and use them. The user can change the temperature of the water depending on the environments temperature or the user's body temperature. If the temperature is cold enough, the water will be turned into ice.
The user can also bend the water in someone's body. The user can also bend blood, as blood is made from water and other liquids and solids. The user could take out the blood and water in someone's body, therefore, killing them.
The downside of the quirk is that the user will have headaches. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Portal
The quirk can allow the user to keep things in a portal. The portal has infinite space and can be summoned upon the user's command. Portal can also summon things from another dimension, but it could cause then user to be in a coma, the thing that is summoned can only be used for 4 hours, it'll poof away of the 4 hours are up.
