*I DO NOT OWN THE ART OR CHARACTERS* (surprise surprise, I don't own Miraculous)

Anything only in bold that is outlined with lines is a note from me! Enjoy! <3

**ADRIEN'S POV**

I pushed open the shiny car door, stepping out onto the old concrete laid in front of the school. I stared down at my orange tennis shoes, making me think of the red of m'lady. Ahhhh, Bugaboo. I let my thoughts wander, Ladybug in my mind as I shut the door and thanked the Gorilla. Scanning through the crowd of students, I looked for my best friend.

I weaved through the crowd, attempting to jump over the smashed students to find my best friend. The only good thing about Fridays is no more crowds for two more days, other than that, pure isolation for two days. Fun. I thought bitterly.

Before getting caught up in feeling sorry for myself, I heard a "No way! I promise I didn't tell!" followed by Alya's scolding towards Nino. I smiled at the couple.

They were so right for each other. They both loved each other, despite Alya's sassy attitude sometimes. I wish I had that with M'lady.

I snapped out of my continuous thoughts with a slap on my shoulder from Nino's hand. He flashed his usual smile at me, and began with "Heeeey dude! Where've you been! Marin-" Alya elbowed Nino hard in the stomach. Nino hunched over in pain gripping his stomach but quickly recovered, continuing. "I'VE yea, I've been looking all over for you!" he finished, words a bit springy. "Uh, ok? But anyway, sorry about that, crowd." I responded, nodding my head back behind us. Nino let out a shaky breath, shoulders relaxing and swinging his arm around me as we went up the awkward school steps, going at a fast pace. I'm guessing he was trying to lose Alya. Fine with me, Marinette had just approached Alya when we left, and I always felt like I scared Marinette. Her company was amazing though, a lot like Ladybugs' now that I think about it.

The day went by normally, class after class. Luckily in English, we didn't have a lot of work, resulting in most of the class finishing their work early, including Marinette. I saw her writing something during her free time, it seemed important. And I'm guessing it was, seeing that she showed Alya the letter at the end of class before heading out the pale door, which was continued with them both smiling brightly, hugging each other. I never noticed how beautiful Marinette's smile was. It stays stuck in your head. Or is that just me? I don't know. Lately, I've been having the same thoughts as I would if Mari were Ladybug. It's fine, I'm jumping to irrational conclusions. I love Ladybug. Ladybug. Brave, confident, witty, beautiful, Ladybug.

I shouldn't have started thinking about Bugaboo, she stuck on my mind for the rest of the day, making me dazed. So when Nino left to go home, I didn't notice. Nor did I notice Marinette coming up to me. "Um... Hi! Adrien, um I have a lether, no! I mean letter! Ror, For! Um... you! So um yea hereitisreadanditandseeyouonMonday!" she said nervously, letting out a quick breath before running across the street and through the tinted bakery door. I watched after her with bugged eyes, and absent-mindedly slipped the letter in my shirt pocket.

I didn't think much of it, Marinette usually talked like that. But I had never seen her face so red that it didn't even look natural. There was even red on her ears. Red pretty much consumed her ears. Still, she was always red. I didn't know why she was always red around me. Was it of anger? I hope it isn't.

I got home and immediately and walked through the empty marble foyer, (of course Gorilla right behind me) heading up the black and white detailed steps and straight to my room, again, Gorilla shutting the door right behind me. I decided to scroll through the Lady blog, my mind still stuck on Bugaboo after all this time.
