Its a late night as a black car drives towards a strange direction...not towards anything but away from everything. Leaving all the towns and people behind it. In the back of the car you see a girl...unconscious. She has kinky black hair, her skin, a beautiful melanin color, her name was Rebecca. As she slowly opens her eyes she feels a striking pain on the back of her head. Confused, she slowly rises her head to look out of the car window trying to figure out where she was and what was happening. Suddenly a rush of memories came to her..In the memories she sees herself...not alone but with a lover.

His name was Bernel, they have been together for about 14 months. In the memories they look happy together. Always joking together and able to talk to each other about whatever bothered them...they were inseparable... But that happiness started to fade after 12 months. After their 1 year anniversary Bernel seemed to have changed. He suddenly became more controlling and aggressive towards Rebecca. Rebecca though paid no attention to it for her love made her so blind to the flaws. There were times where a slight mistake she made would bring him to put his hands on her. She was able to tell herself " He doesn't mean it, I know he loves me" for about 2 months...till she finally had enough. One day, while he was still at work, she decided to start packing and leave while he wasn't focused on her. As she walked towards the door to leave with all of her stuff she sees the door knob suddenly turn before she was able to touch it. When the door opens she sees Bernel staring at her...with her suitcase and bags in her hand. He screamed "SO YOU WERE JUST GOING TO LEAVE ME LIKE THAT ? Put your fucking suitcase back and unpack that shit now". Rebecca refused , she tells him how tired she had been of living in fear of getting a bruise for just one small mistake. As she pushes pass him he quickly picked up a vase and smashed it into the back of her head, causing her to lose conscious. Now awake in the car, alerted at what was going on in the car Rebecca started to panic as she slowly looked in the rear view mirror to see who the driver was...of course she immediately recognized...Bernel.
