Hello and welcome to the new and improved... Hanahaki Disease book! As you can see, everything has changed and everything is new. Hopefully, the rework of this book goes well because I decided to change every single thing in this book... including the plot. Okay, 👏👏👏 , let's talk about the new plot of this book. There'll be a lot of information in the introduction- but I guess this is alright as well.

☆ The Plot of "Flowers From Those You Love..." ☆

So... the plot. Well obviously, Katsuki has a crush on Izuku but Izuku is already with someone. It is kind of similar to the plot before but this time, Katsuki isn't coughing out flowers. Katsuki's favorite flower are white lilacs and he grows them outside in his garden that he and his parents had constructed when his mother wanted to start a flower garden. Katsuki had taken a liking to white lilacs because they were pretty and talked to Izuku about it, of course... that was a long time ago. Izuku couldn't find the time to talk/hangout with Katsuki as much as he used to. It had been clear to Katsuki that Izuku's girlfriend was more important to him than anything. Everytime Katsuki would open his door, he would see lilacs in front of his very eyes. No one else knew that he liked lilacs besides Izuku, he ignored the thought of Izuku bringing lilacs and thought of his parents bringing them to him instead.

Now let's talk about Izuku, he likes green carnations. A lot of people knew this because his girlfriend had a big mouth and Izuku wanted her to keep it a secret. Izuku didn't know how to take care of flowers so he just looked at them, he wasn't the type to look after flowers anyway. Due to his rough and aggressive demeanor, no one would believe that he loved flowers. There would always be flowers waiting for him at his front door. He knows exactly who drops them off, no it isn't his girlfriend... it's Katsuki. Izuku would always spot the little sticky note because it was a bright neon color that you would get at the Dollar Store or something.

☆ Their Childhood ☆

Ah yes, childhood friendship. When Izuku first laid his eyes upon Katsuki, he already knew that they weren't going to be the bestest of friends. He would think that he would hate Katsuki for being/looking weak in front of others. But that wasn't the case. He actually liked Katsuki, but remember, this is when they just first meet each other. Izuku was the first one to speak to Katsuki, Katsuki was bullied for being weak and was an easy target for other children to attack him when he was vulnerable. But when Izuku finally introduced himself into his life, Katsuki was no longer bullied or kicked down.

Katsuki was known as "The Weakest Link" and was targeted, he never hid himself from crying. He just let the tears flow down is cheeks which felt like they would never end. When people were caught in the act, they would say that they were playing and it was all just a joke. The kids would kick him lightly for Katsuki to play along with their lie, Katsuki always said they were joking around and that he was fine. The person asking would doubt that they were playing around but didn't bother to further discuss with the group of children, so they would just leave them alone and continue on with their day. When they think that it's enough, they leave Katsuki there.

His parents were always worried about Katsuki, they only want the best for him but Katsuki wouldn't tell them anything about him being bullied at school or how he's feeling. Today, they were having a guest and they told Katsuki to get ready. So he does and when he's finished, he already sees the guests. He greets them and when it came to the guest's son, Katsuki knew that he wouldn't be friends with him. His rough demeanor would make it seem like he was some type of bully and Katsuki worried that he would be bullied by him but to his surprise, he genuinely thought that he was a good person deep down. Izuku Midoriya was his name when Katsuki introduced himself to Izuku's mother and Izuku himself.

All of this was during Elementary school. In middle school, that's when they finally realized that they both liked each other but, Izuku's pride had built up over time and his "friends" had told him that the weakest should be training to become stronger. Izuku knew that Katsuki was weak but would never acknowledge it. He didn't want to hurt his feelings, because deep down, he loves the boy dearly.
