This is a background on the world the story takes place in, including species, basic ideals, words, and societys thoughts/stadards.
Species list and basic rundown:
werewolves: people that can turn into wolves that are slightly larger than normal, are stronger than humans. Have mates and live in packs.
Ethopian wolves: simular to werewolves, most of the species is gone, can turn into wolves who ae smaller than normal wolves, stronger that werewolves when angry or scared, are more secetive than most species leaving much to be unkown.
Carpathians: An ancient race similar to vampires, very moral based. Needs blood but dosn't kill, usally has a consenting donar. Has life-mates/other halfs of soul. Lives in more secluted moutains usally.
Faeries: Mischief makers by nature. They also have affinities to elements allowing for a small extent of magic.
Vampires: Lives in covens usally in dark places. Drinks blood while unfortunatly usally killing their victim.
Witches: Has powerful extents of magic, though with a cost. Not many survived after the witch trials making them rare. Most study in secret or find secluded covens.
Nekos: Cat people with fast reflexes and exstensive adjility. Species is found mostly in jungles.
Reapers: Most elusive species of known. All that is known is they cant die, are extremley dangerous, are not alloud to have kids.
Elves: Tallest species known and are know for being very enginuitive. They naturaly have a little bit of magic that is basic to use. They tend to be kind to others ever since the Elven War of Ricetu.
Sea Nymphs: Helpful water witches with a human torso and fish tail. Very beautiful and alluring making them targeted by jelous sirens.
Sirens: Angry sea nymphs that turned evil making there scales fall off and causing their magic to curse themselves into hideous scary monsters that destroy the ocean and its dwellers.

Blood Rankings:
Pureblood: Pure magic blood of the most ancient of ansestors. Granted large sums of money years ago carried foward to this day.
Lineblood: Blood from only one species EX.) only been with other elves
Half-Blood: A mix of two species EX.) a elvish neko
Mix-Blood: A mix of many species, only possible if turned or genetically inhanced.
Words:
Sika: Able to change their biological gender at will, This includes body parts and sexual reproduction.
Ricetu: Elvish word for misfortune
Mirau: Reaper word for die
Dencika: Ethopian word for worthless cunt
Canto: Ethopian for my love
Need To Know Info:
This entire world is magical meaning most things will not match with today's logic. The many faces live mostly inharmony but obviously there is some specieism. This is used in place of racism but is the same, in this world no one cares about your race as much as your specie. Sikas are considered the most desired partners so most hide there sika heritage in order to avoid rape and mistreatment.
