Personality: She's everywhere. She has highs and lows that she can't control at all. At her core, she cares about everything but she comes off as depressed and angry most of the time. She is also really sensitive about things. She's loyal, prideful and egotistical at some moments but can suffer from low self-esteem, heartache, and anger during other days.
She can use her water to create high pressured streams that could cut through steel. Her hair is actually made out of water. She can also change the weather.
Backlash: If she creates too much water she'll drown herself. Also if she gets too cold then she could freeze to death. She struggles from migraines but for other reasons.
