Chapter Thirty Four

We waited unpatiently for the lift to stop, once we got off the lift, the lobby looked empty except a few people here and there. "Where is your friend?"

"Let's wait for them on the couch."

We all sighed and made our way over to the couches and waited patiently.

It didn't take to long before a someone came up and tapped on my shoulder, "Omg are you Harry Styles?" The voice was quieter, familiar but weirdly messed with.

I looked up, "Ava!" I jumped up and immidentally hugged her.

HARRYS POV

"Harry." she smiled, all the boys' head snapped over to us. We have not seen her in a week. I never really like to think much of it, but it's been a week since I have seen my precious princess and now here she is. Before I knew it, she placed her hands behind my neck and was slightly pushing my head down, I quickly caught on and kissed her.

After a few seconds, we both pulled back. "Do you remember?"

"I am beginning to wonder how I forgot."

I must have looked like an idiot with the smile I had on.

"Harry we get it you missed her, but share the girl!" Louis exclaimed grabbing Ava from my grip, I should've strengthened it because it does not feel right with her not there anymore.

The boys kept giving her hugs and purposely keepings her busy so I could not have my arms protectively around her, telling her that I will never let my eyes leave her alone for a second.

"Let's go back up already." Niall groaned, obviously hungry.

I was tired of not having Ava close to me so I simply handed her bags to Ricky, and picked her up bridal style. "Miss me?" she said mockingly.

All the boys groaned, "You have no idea." they all muttered.

"Good." she smiled and pecked me on the cheek.

"Do you remember everything?"

"Yes, from the meeting at the interview, to just hanging out with you guys, to the record deal, to the tour, to the brake-up, the reunion at the concert, you asking me to be your girlfriend for a second time, the five months apart, the letter, the divorce, the party, and the crash, I remember you Harry, and I feel foolish for ever foolish for ever forgetting you."

"I caused the crash, you have nothing to feel foolish, you had nothing to do with it." I tried to convince her. I knew she would feel guilty it is just who she is.

I can only love her more.

She shook her head and smiled, "You guys came all the way to New York from England to find me? Even though you had absolutely no idea where I was in New York?"

The lift made a loud screeching noise, I gripped Ava tighter to me, The lift completely stopped. "I hate lifts." Ava groaned. She never really likes to talk about it but she has mentioned her fear of lifts.

I set her on the ground, but her being anywhere besides next me, is absolutely out of the question.

"Now what?" Six boys, one girl, all stuck on an elevator together. How convient, and this is not even the first time, well except last time Ricky was not with us.

"So, Ava you have some explaining to do." Ricky looked over at her.

"Its a long tale." She warned.

"We have time my dear sister." He smirks at her as she groans. "Might as well get comfortable." Shes sits on the cold ground but that can't be comfy.

I slide down next to her then I pull her up on my lap. It feels better this way. "No far how come we don't get a better spot to sit then the floor!" Louis whines.

"Because she is my princess." I say in a duh tone, Ava rolls her eyes and gives a small knowing smile.

"So, where do you wish me to begin Richard?"

"From when we left."

I brought Ava closer to me letting her head rest on my chest, "i am so sorry."

"Love, you did nothing wrong." She sighs.

"Yet, I feel like i did everything wrong. I made you go to that party. I made you drink. I decided to drive. I decided to leave you alone even though we all knew Jade might-"

"Wait wait wait." She snaps. Ricky's eyes widen. "You all knew Jade would try come to get me, but you still left me alone? And did not warn me?" She stood up from her spot where she was safely on my lap.

I gulp. I should not have said that out loud.

"Answer me!"

"Y-yes." Ricky stutters. I am guessing he knows Ava's fierce side.

"You all are idiots!" She looks pained and betrayed. She is one of the most confindent and kindest people I know, than to see her like this shows you that she is apart of reality, and reality is not always happy, not always fun.

She looks at all of us with a pained expression, which I know is killing the others as well, they look to her a sister, and act as her brother. They gave me hell when they found out we were dating.

"Ava-"

"Ricky." She said lightly, with a tremble in her voice. That took a stagger to my heart knowing that she was hurt. "We did not think she would actually show up and steal you, and once we found out we all went mad looking for you." I looked over to my princess, she in a deep thought process.

"I can't trust anyone these days." She says sitting in the corner by her self. None of us move to go near her, none of the fours boys, knowing me or Ricky will go off at them. But Ricky and I are trying to figure this whole thing out.

I looked over at him, he had a pained expression. That's where I have had enough. I got up from my spot and went straight over to Ava, without any real hesitation.

I slid down next to her, and hesitantly put my hand over her shoulder but she made no objection to my actions. "Ava, we would do nothing to hurt you." I said with all honesty.

She looks up for a second, than tightly grabs my waist and baries her head in my chest and lets the tears lightly fall.

"I love you Harry." She whispers quietly.

"I love you more." I say cheekily.

I sat boredly in the New York Hotel room. "Harry." I whined.

He poked his head out of the kitchen. "Yes, love?"

"I am bored." I groaned.

"I am not a wizard love, I can't fix boredom." He sighs walking towards me and sitting comfortably on the spot next to me.

"Hm..." I tap my head for a second.

"I know that hm, what is your plan?"

"Oh, it is really nothing." I smirked.

"Please tell me?"

"How about we disappear for a the last few days here? Leave our phones, and I have my emergency one, rent a room in a totally different hotel. Just be us, for our last few days in New york?"

"The boys will hate us."

"Fine by me, lets just tell ricky, and lets go be normal."
