Reincarnated as a Oni

Chapter 1

(y/n)'s P.O.V!

I can't believe I died so quickly. I at lest died protecting those innocent people.

Flash Back!

I was walking down the street when I noticed a group of men running into a hospital. I don't know what went over me cause I ran into the building when I heard gun fire. I stopped at the door and looked in through a small window only to see five guys pointing guns at doctors. One of the doctors noticed me and I shocked my head while motioning for her to stay quiet. I pulled out my phone and called the police before making my way to a second entrance. I notice a sixth guy guarding it I sighed and waited till he turned around to the sound of something. I ran to him and round house kicked the back of his head knocking him out cold. I winced when I noticed he was on talking on a radio. I grabbed the radio and made my way into the hospital. I made my way through the hospital only to stop when I saw two guys heading towards me. I waited till one was in front of me so I did a sweeping kick causing him to fall, scaring the second giving me a chance to charge him by the neck. I lifted him up and threw him back at the first guy. I noticed they hand hand cuffs and I got an idea. They began getting up but I ran at the and high kicked one up side the head knocking him out, using that momentum I jumped, spinning and kicking the second hard on the top of the head knocking him down to the ground knocking him out.

I sighed and made my way away from the three cuffed bad guys. I kept my guard up till I saw the least three were pointing their guns at the doctors. I was holding in a growl of anger and noticed one had a phone in hand. The doctor who saw me by the door saw me again and I pointed at the one holding a phone questioningly. She motioned an explosion but made sure no one saw. My eyes widened and I nodded. I ran back to the three knocked out guys and took two of their guns before running back. I sighed thinking 'I've never killed anyone any I hope I don't.' I jumped out and fired two rounds from the pistols I took. I hit two in the chest before turning to the last one and fired at his phone destroying it. This cost me though cause he fired at my arm hitting my left shoulder. I dropped the one in my left hand cause that was the arm that was hit. I growled slightly and charged at him. I ducked under a bullet fired and tried firing at him hitting his gun out his hand. I tried to punch him with my left arm forgetting it was hurt only remembering when he punched my shoulder causing me to scream in pain but he round house kicked the gun out my hand. I stumbled back and regained my balance. I growled in anger and the guy looked at me angry too.

He asked "Were the hell are those three fools?" I didn't say anything and charged at him. He was stunned when I jumped and kneed him in the face causing him to fall down. I also fell but rolled getting up. I turned and yelled "Get out of here! I'll hold him off!" The doctors nodded and ran off. I turned to the man only to get punched in the face sending me back but thanks to adrenaline and rage it didn't effect me much. I grabbed his arm and elbowed his elbow breaking it. He yelled in pain stumbling back. I didn't give him time to recover cause I began throwing a flurry of punches. I only stopped when I heard a loud bang and a second. I looked down and saw I had been shot I looked down at the other guy seeing he was also shot. I saw he had gotten the gun I dropped first when I turned to see the doctor had a gun too. The guy fell back and I dropped to my knees. I softly said "This is the worst pain." I fell back as everything began going quiet. I cringed and said "Well at lest I saved those doctors."

Flash Back End!

I looked around and saw the void I'm in turn into blinding light. I felt and I passed out. When I came too I was in an old Japanese looking in house. I struggled to sit up and felt I pain were I was shot. I heard a kind soft voice say please don't move? You are very badly hurt." I looked to the source of the voice and saw a little girl with horns. I sat up and looked at her confused.

(Imagen she is wearing a Kimono and no sweats.)

 I looked at her confused and asked "What happened?" She pointed at me and said "You fell out of the sky and was badly beaten and hurt. I bandaged you and helped heal you but I couldn't heal you fully." I asked "Do you have a mirror I would like to check something?" She nodded and got up grabbed a mirror. She handed it to me and said "Here you go Oni-sama." 

(You look like this now and imagine you have bandages around you chest and left arm.) 

I looked at myself in shock and thought 'My body has changed and I fell different.' I turned to the girl and said "Thank you." I struggled to stand up and the girl got up saying "Oni-same you shouldn't stand." I grunted and said "I'll be fine." I was now standing straight up and realized I was far taller than the girl. I noticed the concern on her face and asked "What's your name?" She looked away and softly said "I don't have one. My mommy and daddy never gave me one before they died." I felt my heart sink and I noticed tears threatened to spill out her eyes. I thought about it for a while and said "Miku..." She looked up at me as I looked down and said "It means beautiful." She looked a little surprised. I sat down and was now her height asking "Would you like that to be your name?" She began crying and hugged me saying "Thank you!" I softly said "(y/n) (l/n). My name is (y/n) (l/n)." I hugged her and said " Miku (l/n)... I like the ring of that." She continued to cry.
