CHAPTER 4

JENNIE POV

"because she's the owner of this place!"

Lisa's words keep ringing in my head as I'm freezing from where I stand.

Jennie what did you do..

"what?what did you just say lisa?" I ask lisa when I clearly heard her the first time. My voice is weak and shaky.

Lisa sigh and her grip on my shoulders loosen up.

"eonny..she's the owner of this place. She-"

"let me Limario" the woman finally speak up.

Hearing her voice I turn my attention the her slowly and now we're standing face . I gulp because the way she looks at me makes me shiver.

jennie you idiot..now prepare to taste your own medicine.

The woman stretched her right hand as if she's offering for a handshake.

"My name is Kim Jisoo. You see the sign out of this store? yep, I'm that Rabbit kim. So yeah, basically I'm the owner of this store. So I had everything to do with place, I can boss around Lisa and order her to do things I want to this store whenever I feel like it. If I want to take down one menu from this place, then I have all the right to do it."

My face pale and I gulp. I look down to her hand that still held midair but I'm too embarrass to shake her hand. Her tone when she introduce herself and throwing my words that I spat to her 5 minutes ago back at me is so cold and flat.

"I'm sorry..I'm so sorry.." that's all that I can say to her. My head down and I can't look at her eyes.

How could I be so stupid?

Then I hear her sigh.

"not only you ranted at me and now you refuse to accept my handshake..oh dear me"

As if someone just wake me from my dream I realize that I'm being impolite to her. I immediately take her hand before she pull it back.

"I-I- I'm sorry.. I really am sorry.." I look at her feeling so guilty.

She raise her eyebrows "what? Your name is 'I'm sorry'?" her lips turn into smirk.

Taken aback by her question I shake my head like crazy

Seriously?is she for real?

"no! nonono.. my name is Jennie, Jennie kim"

And her smirk turns into smile and she chuckle lightly.

"now that's more like it..hi jennie kim, nice to meet you." She letting go of my hand.

I see Jisoo look back to Lisa who looking at the scene between me and jisoo with her lips close tight and eyes wide open.

"yah limario! What's with the face?" she laughs and wrap her neck with a scarf. "I'm going home, and don't forget my chicken okay"

"omo jisoo eonny you made me hold my breath that long I thought I'm going to die!!" Lisa rub her chest as she release a long breath.

As I see the two busy with each other, I feel soft hand grab my arm make me flinch a little bit.

"jennie eonny you okay?" she ask me with concern in her voice.

Damn when did she get here, stand beside me all of the sudden.

"yeah I'm okay rosie" I nod and give her a small smile.

"okay I' m leaving now, pick me up at 7..bye Lisa"

Jisoo gives lisa a quick hug and then politely nod at me "have a good day, jennie kim"
