Believe

"Hurry up! We'll be late!" Mochida runs through the stadium halls trying to get to their seats before the song starts. Him and his classmates got tickets to this concert. Supposedly the tickets are really hard to get but one of the guy's parents were able to book some a couple of months prior.

Through the stone walls they can hear the music start up, making them move faster. They even hear Uteki start to sing. He was the back up singer and guitarist. One of the kids start to panic. "Oh no! We're missing it!"

I can’t believe.
That when I breathe.
There’s something good inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.
So close to me.
That memory
Of that one good thing inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.

They finally find their entrance and run through it, scurrying up the stairs to their seats. They will never forgive themselves if they miss him. Uteki is still singing when they sit down, his vest over his blue button up visible from even here. The chains on his jeans catching the light.

If I went out the back door nobody would stop me.
But where would I go?
Cause I ain’t never had a real home.
So what do I know?

One of the others points it out first. "Doesn't Uteki usually sing back up? Why is he singing lead here?"

They look at each other and shrug.

So I could keep running, hiding till they find me.
But what would that do?
If they could only know what I knew.
What would it prove?
I should’ve seen the writing on the wall.
Instead I’m left to fall.
Cause the longer I’m away.
The more we stay the same.
Looking back where I thought I knew it all.
Instead I’m left to fall.
Did I throw it all away?

"Isn't it a shame that Yamamoto couldn't make it?"

"Yeah. He said something about plans with Dame-Tsuna."

"That loser?"

I can’t believe.
That when I breathe.
There’s something good inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.
So close to me.
That memory
Of that one good thing inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.

They go to contine their conversation. But Mochida shushes them. "He's about to sing!"

There he is. Cielo.

Don’t you know, little boy, they'll lay you to waste man.
Little do they know every song is a life span.
Haven’t taken one, but I’m taking my last chance.
To hold all we know and let go with both hands.

Cielo was a teen singer. Dressed in an orange hoodie on top of a black tee and jeans with chains on the waist, he sings like an angel, cradling the mic in his hands, which are wrapped in fingerless gloves.

Oh don’t you know that clouds are made from concrete?
Right through the stone can you hear my heart beat?
Beats through my bones like the memory left me.
Not for a second or a minute when I dream.
I want to go home like the home that I keep.
You can dig six, so sixty six feet.
We can live forever still your misery missed me.
Hold this song together with a bottle of whiskey.

They could see the signature mask resting on his face. It was just a domino mask, colored orange, with golden glitter as it went farther away from the eyes. Despite it's simplicity, no one could figure out the face under that mask. One would think that the Orange eyes would give you away.

Look into the mirror at the lines that time drew.
Seen em painted white and the eyes that shined through.
My heart beats heavy in an open chest.
And I want to say goodbye, but there’s nobody left.

"Yamamoto was an idiot. Dame-Tsuna is worth missing."

"Yeah, poor Yamamoto."

I can’t believe.
That when I breathe.
There’s something good inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.
So close to me.
That memory
Of that one good thing inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.

They are watching the stage with great interest. They watch as the singer's are dancing around each other. Uteki's mask matches Cielo's, only in blue and silver.

"What an idiot."

Tsuna was crying. Slightly but it was there.

I broke it all and I’m put to the test.
Put your hand to mine and feel this emptiness.
There’s no beat in my chest, cause there’s nothing left.
No it ain’t goodbye, it’s a last caress.
What’s another dream, you can hardly sleep.
Can you believe bad things only happen to me.

The bullying. The suicide baiting. Spiderlilies on his desk and being shoved down stairs.

God knows one day you will finally see.
That scars will heal but were meant to bleed.
Do you realize I would lie for you?
Please have my last breath, I would die for you.
I know I’m no good but my heart beats true.

Dame-Tsuna. Useless. No good. Worthless

You know I’m going to fight, though I might be scared to lose.
You took me in and I fucked it up again.
An empty promise, no I won’t pretend.
Cause in the end we need someone to solve em.
Nobody can fix me if I’m part of the problem.

He needed to sing this though. He needed to face it. Takashi looks over toward him, worried as the guitarist finishes the last verse.

I can’t believe.
That when I breathe.
There’s something good inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me.
So close to me.
That memory
Of that one good thing inside of me.
Just one good thing inside of me, yeah.

When Tsuna and Takashi walk off stage for a quick break, Takashi wraps him in a hug. "There's a lot that's good inside of you. You're not the problem, Cielo."

Tsuna hugs back, seeking comfort in his friends embrace.

Takashi smiles down at him. "When we get done with this concert we can go home and get you some icecream and Reborn will be back from his business meeting. You guys can snuggle on the couch and watch movies until 3 in the morning." Takashi is waving his hands around, trying to cheer the brunet up.

Tsuna is giggling at Takashi's antics, so it worked. Tsuna nods and puts on a determined face. "Let's go and show them Cielo."

Takashi nods back and holds out his arm. Jokingly Tsuna takes it and they walk back toward the screaming crowd, ready to put this show back on the road.

Hi!!!
I hope you liked it!

Just to be clear, the first chapter was just a fast forward. It hasn't happened yet. He has only met Takashi and Reborn. Reborn became his manager as a way to get closer to the brunet. Upon finding out, Takashi also joined, using his singing and guitar playing skills to better the show. The others have not made that much of an appearance. Reborn is 18, Tsuna and Takashi are 16 so not a big age gap.

Important question? Good or bad twin? Or some mixture?

Till next time!
